Why does a person change the world around him. How to change the world for the better. The state of your body

There are few pragmatists who claim that our consciousness exists separately from the physical world. We are on the threshold of an era of transition to another level, where the thinking of a person, his power of thought is what changes the surrounding reality. It is difficult for materialists to accept these words as an indisputable truth.

However, until recently, even materialists could not even imagine that, using a small device the size of a notebook, it would be possible to communicate with those who live on the other side. the globe, make movies, take pictures, send these photos to everyone, watch TV shows. But how many more opportunities are contained in our usual smartphone, now available even to a child! However, until recently, he was a miracle of technology, which was used only by the elite.

The strength is within us

Likewise, thinking - something that seemed strange and impossible until recently, now receives a scientific justification that builds a coherent picture of the world, which is governed by the laws of the Universe. Our consciousness is a flow of the subtlest energy, a dynamic and very influential energy. You can change your life with the power of thought, cure a disease, achieve what you want, control reality.

We are accustomed to reacting in only one direction, reflecting like a mirror what is happening around us. However, our beliefs, hopes, deep fears, desires affect ourselves, our environment, and the world around us. We do not notice this, because most of us have in our heads, according to the apt definition of the physicist and esotericist Vadim Zeland, a real “thought stirrer”. Nevertheless, the laws of the Universe are arranged in such a way that not a single thought of ours is left without attention.

Want to change the world around you, find new job, build harmonious relationships with loved ones, achieve financial prosperity? Change your thinking - and change will not keep you waiting. First you need to take the first step - learn to control the course of your thoughts, be able to direct them in the right direction. No need to constantly think

  • about how expensive everything is;
  • about the fact that you do not have something;
  • that you will never achieve prosperity;
  • that there is no well-paid creative job for you;
  • that you cannot support the company;
  • about how likely it is to get sick.
Renowned researcher of brain power, John Kehoe, compares our thinking to a garden that can be kept well-groomed and blooming, or left neglected. Man, on the other hand, is a gardener who reaps either the beautiful fruits of his labor or the thistles of his inaction.

Fulfillment of desires

It is quite possible, even without knowing what the power of thought is, you have noticed that the strongest desires sooner or later come true anyway. Fulfillment of desires by the power of thought occurs when a person does not have the slightest doubt whether he needs it, the whole organism at the cellular level strives for a single goal. The laws of the Universe enthusiastically accept such desires for fulfillment, because both the soul and the mind are united in this impulse.

Sometimes the opposite situation happens - it seems that nothing interferes with the implementation of the desired, but something resists, some kind of "worm nibbles" from the inside. And if there is the slightest doubt, then the fulfillment of desires by the power of thought will not come true. For example, you are trying to change jobs, and even found a suitable option. But a quiet inner voice, which is barely felt in the form of a slight internal discomfort, says that in this work you will not be able to show your creative abilities, you will not be interested.

You may not hear it, but your subconscious mind will definitely hear it and will create obstacles on your way in the form of bad luck, random troubles. All this is happening so that you listen to your inner "I" and give up unnecessary goals. In order for the power of thought to show its enormous potential, in order to make a dream a reality, you need to check yourself for the truth of what you want.

The fulfillment of desires by the power of thought should come from the heart, and not from the mind, inspire and delight, and not be a dream by calculation, or for reasons of profit.

The desire to lose weight, lose extra pounds with the help of diets and various methods leads to the fact that the body refuses to perform some of its functions. Realizing the dream of an ideal figure, we deny our body, and it takes revenge on us with the appearance of diseases. But it is the body that reflects on the physical level the processes that take place in our soul. Through the body, the soul sends us a kind of message, and whether it is positive or negative can be judged by problems with the body.

When a person acquires positive thinking, he has the opportunity not only to rejuvenate the body, but also to cure himself of all diseases. So, for example, the belief that life is hard makes the back, shoulders and neck bend, the gait becomes shuffling, osteochondrosis appears, and the legs drag along the ground. All this can be cured if you change your life beliefs for the better.

Body fat is a sign that you need protection from the outside world. To make the dream of a slim body come true, you should first think about what and where you have to defend yourself. In addition to the fact that the body needs to be given food, exercise, care and rest, you need to listen to your body and respond to its needs. positive thinking- the builder of our body, and here the laws of the universe also play a role. With their help, you can make the body perfect inside and out at the subconscious level.

We treat ourselves

How to develop the power of thought so that you can heal yourself of diseases? No doctor has yet cured a single patient - this statement could sound blasphemous if we did not know that self-healing is a wonderful property of our body. He independently monitors the distribution of nutrients, the rejection of toxins, the healing of wounds, the fusion of broken bones.

If the power of thought puts into the subconscious the words about your good health, this positive statement will set in motion the self-healing of the body. The laws of the universe will help to heal the disease, if you believe in yourself. You have to work hard with your affirmations about life.

It is believed that a disease occurs if a person needs it for reasons that he himself may not be fully aware of. There is not enough attention, love, care, communication with loved ones, you need a refuge from cruelty. These points need to be clarified for yourself, to think that you benefit from the disease, no matter how strange it may sound.

Illness comes if the laws of the universe are not in harmony with the content of your thoughts. That is, by changing destructive thoughts (fear, excitement, jealousy), you can stop the destruction of the body.

Using the laws of the Universe, it is possible, with the help of the subconscious, with the power of thinking, to fulfill the dream of an ideal body, stop aging, and treat any ailments. The main thing to remember is that it is imperative to cultivate life-affirming words and statements in the subconscious.

And the most amazing thing about this story is that at that time almost no one noticed this. The Wright brothers' first airplane in the world made its first flight on December 17, 1903. Few inventions changed the world so much in the following century. The train journey from New York to Los Angeles took four days in 1900. By the 1930s, it could be done in 17 hours by air. By the 1950s, in six hours.

Unlike, say, deciphering the genome, a non-professional (i.e. anyone, a common person) can immediately realize the miracle of flight. The man sat in the box and turned into a bird. But days, months and even years after Wright's first flight, almost no one noticed. The first mention of human flight on an apparatus heavier than air appeared in the New York Times only in 1906, three years after that very first flight. In 1904, a newspaper asked a hot-air balloon magnate if humans could ever fly, to which he replied: “In the very, very, very, very, very distant future … there may be flying machines, but not now, not now … - focusing on the word "very" and shrugging, hinting at eternity. And this was a year after the first flight of the Wright brothers.

In his 1952 book on American history Frederick Lewis Allen wrote:

“Several years passed until the public realized what the Wrights were doing; people were so sure that flight was impossible that most of those who saw them fly over Dayton even in 1905 decided that this was some kind of trick of no particular importance - something like how people would perceive in our days, for example, telepathy. Only in May 1908, almost four and a half years after the first flight, reporters were sent to see what the brothers were doing, editors believed in joyful reports, and the world suddenly realized that a manned flight had taken place successfully.

The story of the Wright brothers shows a common principle: it often takes a long time before you change the world and before you manage to convince people that you changed the world. Jeff Bezos once said:

“Invention requires a willingness to you will not be understood for a long time. You do something what do you believe, of which I am convinced, but for a long time people with sincere intentions will criticize these attempts ... If you are really sure that they are wrong, you should be ready for the fact that you will not be understood for a long time. This is the key point of the invention.”

This is a very important message. The things that get instant recognition are usually existing products with little change. We like them because they are familiar to us. The most innovative products, technologies, and even worldviews - those that change the world - are usually never immediately perceived, even by the smartest people.

So it was with the phone. Alexander Graham Bell tried to sell his invention to Western Union, and got the answer:

“This ‘telephone’ has too many flaws to be taken seriously as a practical form of communication. The device is of no use to us. How can a company use this electric toy?”

So it was with the car. Twenty years before Henry Ford convinced the world he was on the right track, Congress issued this verdict:

“Horseless carriages propelled by gasoline can reach speeds of 14 or even 20 miles per hour. The threat to people from such vehicles roaring through our streets and roads and poisoning the atmosphere calls for swift legislation. The cost of producing gasoline is too high for private production ... In addition, the development of engines can damage the use of horses, which will break our entire agriculture. ”

Big breakthroughs usually take seven steps.
. At first, no one heard from you.
. Then they heard about you, and decided that you were crazy.
. Then your product was understood, but decided that it had no future.
. Then your product is treated like a toy.
. Then your product is viewed as an amazing toy.
. Then they start using it.
. Then they can't imagine their life without it.

And this process rarely takes less than a few years, it can take decades.

From this we can draw the following conclusions:

It takes a genius to change the world;

But to wait until people notice it, you need a completely different quality. "Zen patience" is not usually associated with the image of an entrepreneur or an inventor, but it is often required, especially for world-changing products;

If innovation is measured in generations, results should not be measured in quarters. History shows how long, chaotic and chaotic changes can take place. The invention or discovery itself is only the first step of innovation. Next is an invention or discovery should be part of daily practice..

Stanford professor Paul Saffo describes it this way:“It takes 30 years for a new idea to enter the culture. Technology does not drive change. They are driven by our collective response to the opportunities and promises offered by technology.”

37 years ago (in 1981) Dr. Hamer discovered the Biological Laws of Nature and created the German New Medicine. The years that have passed since then may seem like a long time, considering how many thousands of people have died during this time due to unnecessary operations, chemotherapy and radiation exposure without any need, but perhaps this is too short a time. in terms of the development of real science and practice of its application. This discovery can hardly be considered a "toy" in terms of the "seven steps" described above, although those who put this discovery into practice (even if only for themselves and / or their family, even in the professional practice of helping people) really "Effortlessly deal with" most of the diseases that people and doctors used to consider "terrible, incurable or incomprehensible."

The 30 years that are "measured" for "a new idea to enter culture" have already passed, but culture is a mass concept. In the mass consciousness, the idea that our body is not our enemy has not yet taken root, and the existing medical system in every possible way prevents the wide dissemination of this Knowledge (although it is quite effectively applied in fairly narrow circles).

Just as in the case of the first flight, a non-professional (i.e. any person!) can immediately realize the miracle of knowing and understanding his body. It's an incomparable pleasure - to understand yourself. You just need to change the paradigm and listen to yourself. And then the world changes...

But it's not just people who change the world. Units change the world. And if you want to change something in this world, you can become that person. And the easiest, fastest and most correct way to start is with yourself. Look at yourself, study how your body works, accept that it always does the right thing, and understand this natural logic.

And although the universe is inert, the world around you is changing very quickly. If only you do the right things

Dear fellow citizens, inhabitants of our planet, regardless of nationality, skin color, gender, religion and place of residence. Now is not the time to divide into “ours” and “yours”, “right” and “wrong”. We are all ours, and we are all right, because we are residents of one beautiful planet Earth, and we are born for happiness. There is enough of everything on Earth for every person to live in abundance and joy. The line of separation runs through our hearts, minds and consciousness.

What is happening now in Ukraine, and in many other countries, is an indicator of our unconsciousness and division. Let's say conditionally, there are forces of Light and forces of darkness. These forces are in every person, and this is a natural process of development in the era of duality. But this era has come to an end, and this is evident throughout the world. The old must go. It goes away, but not painlessly. It is like an abscess that has ripened and burst, and all its rotten contents must come out.

It is already clearly visible who made his choice and belongs to the forces of darkness.
Behind any event there is always a purpose and a reason. When receiving information, listen to your heart and turn on your mind, who benefits from this event and its distribution. There is a cause, and there is a consequence of everything that happens, both with each person individually and throughout the world. We are already seeing the result, it is aggression and chaos, which is beneficial only to those who act according to the principle of "divide and rule." And the reason is in our unconsciousness and separation of our consciousness and worldview. Any event takes place in our life, the question is always how we perceive and relate to this event. We must always keep track of our feelings, which are given to us by the Creator for the experience on our planet Earth. But we must distinguish the difference between feelings and emotions. It is our violent emotions that draw us into difficult situations.

In Ukraine, this manifested itself especially clearly, and, apparently, it will be the starting point for global changes, including the whole world. Another well-planned illegal seizure of power took place. But real changes are just beginning to occur, and they occur, primarily in the minds of people. These changes depend on every inhabitant of the Earth, and not just Ukraine.
The events that have taken place in Ukraine and in other countries are only castling on the chessboard, and the game has not yet been played.

The confrontation between real people and those who use people as a means to achieve their goals continues. Each person must make his choice, based on the mind in accordance with the heart. The time has passed when someone was responsible for someone. Each person himself and only himself is responsible for his life, for every action, word and thought. Now everything returns like a boomerang instantly. Space mirrors our own actions and emotions to us. And the one who, in the literal sense of the word, seized power, will get his back like a boomerang. Fortunately, no one can bribe and replace Cosmic Laws.

We need to change the SYSTEM itself. Parasites feed on those who feed them. If you stop feeding them, they will either cease to exist, or begin to get their own food. If you remove the cause, the effect will also change.
We were replaced by concepts, distorting information, divided, forced to believe in our own impotence and live in fear. It is easy for a sane person to distinguish an inadequate vandal from a normal-minded person. An adequate person does not climb into someone else's territory, does not destroy or distort the memory of the people about his history, does not use violence, but tries to find a compromise and a wise solution in any situation. There are many of us, sane people, and our strength is in UNITY.

Emotions and feelings directly affect the level of your life. If you are passive, do not want change, are afraid of everything new, then the quality of your life will remain unchanged. In other words, you stop at one point and do not develop further. If you are open and not afraid to boldly step forward, your life is always changeable and its quality grows. You do not live monotonous gray everyday life, each stage of life is filled with events and makes sense. Thoughts that arise at the subconscious level are responsible for perception real life. If you change the course of your thinking, learn to perceive situations differently, then your behavior will change accordingly. In this way, internal changes will lead to external changes in the standard of living.

Tired of a meaningless existence that does not bring joy and pleasure, people begin to wonder: what are they doing wrong? And how to change everything?

First of all, you need to change yourself. Such changes do not at all mean the need for a change in appearance or image. To change oneself means to change one's attitude to life, thoughts and perception of events. Of course, changing everything in one or two days is unlikely to succeed. This is a longer process that requires regular self-control and self-development.

Step 1 on the path to self-change: Goal setting.

Internal change starts with self-motivation. A person must clearly understand why he wants to change and what it can give him. Living without a goal is just going with the flow and hoping for the best. The goal should be clearly defined, because it is it that guides you. How it works:

  • new ideas bring new hopes and expectations;
  • internal changes will gradually change the space around you;
  • striving for a goal fills a person with ambition, gives him inner strength;
  • the fear of going forward will disappear with time, self-confidence will appear.

It is better to set goals that are realistic and achievable, as well as limited in time. For example: “By the end of next month I will have learned 1000 English words.”

Step 2 on the way to change yourself: Making a decision.

One goal may not be enough. People tend to put off their goals until tomorrow and end up forgetting them. If you are determined to change your life, then there is no time to waste. Make a decision like: “I promise myself that I will definitely learn 1000 English words”.

Step 3 on the way to change yourself: Positive thinking.

If already at the beginning of the path a person is filled with negative thoughts about possible failures and self-doubt, then most likely he will not reach his goal. It's no secret to anyone that successful people tend to think positively, and losers are always dissatisfied with everything. Set yourself up only for success and you will definitely succeed.

Step 4 on the way to change yourself: Deal with stress.

The outside world is full of irritants, you can leave the house in a good mood, and already in the minibus get angry at the whole world. Learn to think positively at all times and in all your daily activities. Do not succumb to provocations, and you can always arrive in a balanced state.

Step 5 towards changing yourself: Do it.

The goal is set, the decision is made, the emotional state is normal - it's time to act. Decided to teach foreign language- use all possible resources for this. We decided to do exercises in the morning - get up in the morning and force yourself to do exercises. After a few days of coercion, it will become the norm.

Don't be afraid to be honest and take a step towards yourself. Change or just diversify your life, add a little brightness to every day.

“To change the world… you have to realize that if you don't do it, no one else will. Your actions mean more than you can imagine.”

To change the world, just take action. It means taking responsibility for what is happening around you, even when no one requires it from you and even if it seems to you that no one will notice it.”.

You will not build a career if you are known as a person who always finds an excuse for his own inaction”.

John Izzo in How to Change the World for the Better: Raising Personal Responsibility for Everything That Happens Around

Everyone has the ability to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. To do this, you should define your “five rows of responsibility”. Imagine that you are flying in an airplane and your smile elicits smiles from the passengers sitting five rows ahead and behind you. A person has the power to influence everything that happens in his personal life, in his family, at work and in the world around him.

Show courage and take personal responsibility for what is happening around you. If everyone does the same, then many of the problems that bother people will simply disappear. Each of these problems is in the area of someone's personal responsibility, and this person will probably want to do something to solve it.

Starting to act, a person starts a chain reaction: his active life position induces others to act, their actions, in turn, inspire others, and the world is gradually changing. When something does not work out, then before looking for the guilty, analyze your behavior and mental attitudes. When things are going well, pay attention to how many people around you share your joy.

“It's not my fault, it's none of my business”

Social psychologists divide people into two categories, depending on how much, in the opinion of these people themselves, they influence the world. “Initiators” draw energy from within, are not afraid to act, take responsibility for their lives and believe that all their successes and failures are the result of a conscious choice. "Victims" - people dependent on the external environment - on the contrary, shift the responsibility to others and believe that their lives are controlled by fate, chance or " powers of the world this.”

Most people fall somewhere in between these two extremes. Your personal position on this spectrum determines how you perceive the world, and your mindset (flexible or rigid) determines how you see yourself. First of all, always think about what you can change, and not about what you cannot. Try to work on yourself more than trying to influence others. Start acting: engage in self-development, share your experience, knowledge and discoveries with others.

Change your life, develop mental flexibility and never forget that only you and no one else are responsible for everything that happens to you.

There is safety in numbers?

Respondents to a survey conducted in the US and Canada identified four top reasons why they hesitate to change their lives. The most common answer (46%) was “I can’t do anything on my own”. Another 20% answered that “someone else needs to change”, 18% referred to “lack of time and the burden of everyday worries”, and 16% answered that they would be ashamed to fail. If you are hesitant to act because you think that your efforts will lead nowhere, then know that the actions of people with common interests cause a synergistic effect, the potential of which is many times greater than the ability of the individual. There is nothing shameful in failures: many people who have brought great benefits to society have failed more than once. And the attitude of “let someone else do it” ultimately robs you of self-respect.

Eight ways to change the world for the better

Once you understand why you need to change the world and why you should do it, learn strategies to help direct efforts in the right direction.

1. Naive people change the world

If you want to change your life for the better—personal, professional, and social—become naive enough to believe that such a change is even possible. Naive faith pushes to action. So, the chief executive of Clorox, Don Knauss, professes the “philosophy of all-conquering optimism”: he believes that you just have to try, and you will definitely succeed. Get started right now by focusing on the problems you can solve. Try to shake the conviction of others that "nothing will ever change."

2. 100% Responsibility: No Excuses

In 1998, Fortune magazine named the little-known financial company Synovus the best employer in the United States. This company has a “100/0” rule, where 100 means everyone is 100% responsible for everything related to the company’s business, and 0 is an absolute rejection of any excuse if something goes wrong. The sad fact is that most people swap these numbers and live by the “0/100” principle, believing that they personally are not responsible for anything, and are not trying to change the status quo. Of course, human possibilities are not unlimited, but those who have determination and faith in themselves succeed no matter what. Think about how your life will change for the better if you stop looking for an excuse for your inaction. Get proactive: look at yourself in the mirror and ask what you can change here and now. Don't be afraid to take on the challenge, no matter what forces oppose you. Persevere through the inevitable obstacles and don't give up after the first setback.

3. Don't sit back

If you really want to change your life, start taking action right now. It doesn't matter if you don't have a plan. It is important that you are not idle. Just get started and everything else will fall into place on its own. If there is a problem in the area of the city where you live, organize a meeting of local residents. If something is not going well at work, discuss the situation over a cup of coffee with like-minded colleagues. If there is a family conflict, show that you are ready for a serious conversation. You may not be able to come up with a good plan of action, but you will definitely not get any closer to solving the problem if you do not take action.

At one firm, three employees agreed not to disturb each other with work-related messages over the weekend. A “domino effect” arose in the team, and a year later this rule became the official policy of the company. If you feel like you need to work out but can't hit the gym, make it a point to start your day with a few jumping jacks and squats. This, of course, will not improve your fitness, but it will help form a healthy habit. Start changing your life by taking one small step towards your goal, then another. Find people with whom you can solve problems that concern you. Feel free to talk about how much better life would be if you put a little effort into it.

4. Start where you are

According to culture transformation expert Peter Block, change “should start right in the room you are in.” In other words, if you want to help developing countries, you don't have to travel halfway across the world. Act where you are. A child can organize a lemonade sale to collect donations for those in need, an adult can help with packing humanitarian aid, a pharmaceutical company can donate medicines, and an airline can deliver cargo to a disaster area for free. Opportunities are everywhere, and your act will not become less noble if you perform it while remaining in place. Just try to do everything in your power.

There are two main factors that motivate people to take personal responsibility for what happens. The first is a protest against injustice and a desire to rectify the situation. The second is the realization (sudden or gradual) that you have the power to change something for the better. Take action by identifying where you can improve your life by simply looking at things from a new angle. Think about what benefits you can bring to others, what unique abilities (oratorical, pedagogical, organizational or any other) you have.

5. Leader is not a position

A leader is an internal state, not a position or beautiful word on a business card. Taking on a leadership role means dedicating yourself to serving others. Learn not to lose your temper during a heated discussion, and you will see that others will soon begin to listen to your opinion. Be a leader even in what goes beyond your direct responsibilities. For example, Frappuccino has become a multi-billion dollar brand thanks to the persistence of the staff at a Starbucks coffee shop in Santa Monica, California. This handful of people took the initiative in an area that was not formally their area of responsibility, and in spite of everything, they saw the job through.

Another example of this kind of leadership is the story of a collections agency employee working for Canadian Tire (a large household goods retailer). This man helped a woman with credit card debt start her own business to pay off her debts. Two high school students from a Canadian high school also took the lead by organizing a Pink Shirt Day to support a teenager who was being bullied by other students for wearing a pink shirt to school. Get started by stating out loud (or better yet, putting it on paper) how you are going to change the world for the better. Don't be afraid to go beyond your limits and do more than is expected of you.

6. Don't be afraid to speak up

To change the world, have the courage to go where you have not been invited. You shouldn't be afraid to expose your company's dishonest practices, offer advice to a friend or colleague even if they don't ask for it, or voice an unpopular opinion. Remember the difference between an argumentative argument and a squabble. An argument is a discussion in which the parties seek the truth by analyzing and refuting each other's arguments, but refraining from getting personal. The argument turns into a squabble when one of the participants tries to blame others and relieve himself of responsibility.

You will achieve tremendous positive change if you speak your mind openly in cases where it helps to restore justice, expose dishonest actions, or open the eyes of others to something important. Your honesty can turn into a powerful stimulus for change. Give constructive friendly criticism to others. Don't be afraid to touch on sensitive topics. Whether you criticize friends, relatives, or colleagues, do it with the utmost respect.

7. “Who am I to change the world?”

You don't need a plan to get started, and once you take the first step, you won't be able to stay away. This happened to two Canadian homeless people - Ken Liotier and Williams Tremblay, who earned their living by collecting bottles.

In 1991, they held a one-day action to draw attention to the problem of the homeless. Their efforts have forced the Canadian government and businesses to change their approach to recycling. Today, Liauthiere and Tremblay's recycling company has employed many homeless people and is making a handsome profit.

Devin Hibbard founded the charity BeadforLife with two casual acquaintances. The goal of this project is to provide a source of livelihood, and with it hope for the future, to thousands of needy women in Uganda. According to Hibbard, “Change requires patience. We all want our action to have an immediate effect, but change does not happen immediately.” Take action, even if you think you don't have the right skills, talents, or knowledge.

8. Building a culture of action

Leaders in most organizations would like subordinates to take the initiative and not be afraid to take responsibility. Building a culture of responsibility begins with leadership: leaders must personally demonstrate the qualities they demand from team members. Keep the following basic principles in mind.

1. People are not afraid to act when they have a voice. Involve everyone affected by the decisions in the decision-making process. Employees will be personally interested in the results, feeling their involvement in the decision.

2. Give people responsibility and they will act responsibly. Empower workers at all levels, and you'll end up with devoted people who have a personal stake in the success of the company and its customers.

3. Praise the effort, not just the result. The efforts made by subordinates often go unnoticed by management. People will want to change much faster if they know that their efforts will be rewarded even if they fail. They should not be afraid to be embarrassed, reprimanded or lose their jobs. Take the opportunity to praise them for their diligence.

You will crush any desire in people to take the initiative if you immediately reject any of their proposals. Encourage innovation by celebrating fresh ideas.

Remember: "And one warrior in the field!" Everyone has the ability to change the world for the better!

Your actions always make sense, even if you have to act alone. When many people begin to make efforts in the same direction, the final effect will increase many times over. Accept your personal responsibility for everything that happens around you and start changing the world for the better.
