Seven layers of heaven - seven layers of earth. Layers of the atmosphere ... and each of the heavens appointed His command

“Allah is the one who created seven heavens and the same number from the earth ...” (Sura “Divorce”; 12)

As stated in the Qur'an, the Earth's atmosphere consists of seven layers. They are separated from each other by transitional layers. According to the Encyclopedia Americana (9/188), seven layers are distinguished in the atmosphere depending on temperature:

1st layer TROPOSPHERE: occupies most of the atmosphere. It spreads to an average altitude of 8 km at the poles and 17 km at the equator. The temperature of the troposphere decreases with altitude by an average of 6.5 o C per kilometer. The troposphere is separated from the stratosphere by a transitional layer - the tropopause with fast air currents and a constant temperature of -57 o C.

2nd layer STRATOSPHERE: located up to a height of 50 km. Here, ultraviolet rays are absorbed, as a result of which thermal energy is released, and the temperature rises to 0 o C. During this process, along with the release of heat, ozone layer vital to the earth.

3rd layer MESOSPHERE: reaches a height of 85 km. The temperature here drops to -100 o C.

4th layer THERMOSPHERE: there is a rapid rise in temperature.

5th layer IONOSPHERE: gases in this region are in ionized form. Due to the reflection of radio waves by the ionosphere, communication on earth is provided.

6th layer EXOSPHERE: located at an altitude of 500-1000 km. The features of this layer are completely dependent on the activity of the sun.

7th layer MAGNETOSPHERE: it is an area resembling a huge void that is engulfed magnetic field Earth. Charged subatomic particles are trapped in a region called the Van Allen belts.

Layers listed in the same source earth's crust also consists of seven parts:

1st layer: Lithosphere (water)

2nd layer: Lithosphere (land)

3rd layer: Asthenosphere

4th layer: Upper mantle

5th layer: Lower mantle

6th layer: Outer core

7th layer: Sub-core

round earth

“He created the heavens and the earth in truth. He wraps the night around the day and wraps the day around the night…” (Sura “Crowds”; 5)

Considerable interest is also attracted by the expressions used in the verses of the Qur'an when describing the universe. For example, the Arabic word "takwir", translated in the above verse as "wrap around", literally means "wrap around (something) something round" (In the Arabic dictionary to express actions associated with a round object, for example, "to wrap one's head in a turban," this word is used).

So the expression wraps the night around the day and wraps the day around the night from the above verse allows us to judge the shape of the Earth itself. Since the action indicated in the verse can be carried out only if the Earth has the shape of a ball. That is, in the Koran, sent down in the 7th century, it is indicated the shape of the Earth.

It should not be forgotten that at that time astronomy perceived the Earth in a completely different way. The earth was considered flat, and all scientific calculations and conclusions were based on this. In the Koran, however, we do not find anything that would have anything to do with the erroneous knowledge of that period. On the contrary, the verses of the Qur'an give information that we know only at the present time. And when describing the universe, the most accurate and accurate expressions are used in the Quran, for this Book is a revelation of Allah Almighty.

The verses of the Qur'an contain detailed information about the structure of the universe, as well as the structure of the seven layers of the atmosphere:

He- The one who created for your needs all that exists on earth. Then He measured the heavens and created the seven heavens. Indeed, He is All-Knowing. (Sura “Cow”, 2:29)

Then He approved the creation of the sky, which was a veil of smoke; ... He established the seven heavens in two days and assigned His command to each of the heavens. (Sura “Clarified”, 41:11-12)

The word "sky", found in many verses of the Qur'an, is used both to express the entire universe and to describe the concept of heaven as an atmosphere over the Earth. In other words, the Qur'an mentions that the sky consists of seven layers.

Today, scientists have actually established that the earth's atmosphere consists of various layers located one above the other. 19When determining the layers of the atmosphere, indicators of chemical composition and temperature are used. Experimentally, it was found that the earth's atmosphere consists of 7 layers. 20 Meteorology uses a 7-layer atmospheric model called the "Limited Fine Mesh Model" (LFMII) to make weather forecasts for the next 48 hours. In modern geology, the 7 layers of the atmosphere are distributed in this way:

1- Troposphere

2- Stratosphere

3- Mesosphere

4- Thermosphere

5- Exosphere

6- Ionosphere

7- Magnetosphere

Another important scientific phenomenon is reported to us in the 12th verse of the Sura "Clarified": ... and to each of the heavens he appointed his command.

The verse indicates that the Almighty Creator, Allah, has established a specific function for each layer of the atmosphere. Science today has already accurately established that each of the above layers of the Earth's atmosphere performs many functions necessary to support the life of people and all living organisms on Earth: the formation of rain, the prevention of the penetration of harmful radiation, the reflection of radio waves and the destruction of meteorites penetrating into the earth's atmosphere from space.

The verses of the Qur'an reveal to us the essence of the structure of the atmosphere from seven layers:

Do you not see how Allah created the seven heavens in rows in harmony with each other? (Sura “Nuh”, 71:15)

He- He who created the seven heavens in rows in harmony with each other. (Sura “Power”, 67:3)

The earth has all the necessary conditions for life. One of them is the atmosphere, which acts as a shield that protects living organisms from the harmful effects of outer space. Today it is already known that the Earth's atmosphere consists of several layers layered one on top of the other. The atmosphere of the Earth is arranged from seven layers, that is, exactly as it was reported in the verses of the Qur'an 14 centuries ago, which is also one of the phenomena of the Qur'an.

The Arabic word “tibakan”, translated in the verse as “in harmony with”, also has another meaning: “a layer, covering or shelter, exactly covering something”, emphasizing that each upper layer exactly corresponds to the dimensions of the lower layer. In addition, in this verse, this word is used in plural, V Arabic sounding like "tobacco tobacco", philologically perfectly reflecting the structure of the atmospheric layers.

This knowledge became available to the scientific world and people only in the 20th century, thanks to the development of science and technology, the invention of modern measuring systems and instruments. Modern research clearly confirms that the knowledge sent down to Earth 1400 years ago in the Koran is a unique scientific phenomenon and was the absolute Truth.

Layers of the atmosphere

The verses of the Qur'an contain detailed information about the structure of the universe, as well as the structure of the seven layers of the atmosphere:

He is the One who created for you everything that is on earth, and then turned to heaven and made it the seven heavens. He is aware of all things. (Sura "Cow", 2:29)

Then He turned to the sky, which was smoke; ... He created them as seven heavens in two days, and instilled in each heaven its duties.

What if I told you that all people who have given up on what was once very important to them feel like the worst losers in the world? They are smiling. They look at the world with confidence, with feeling great experience life behind. With a sense of goals achieved and old dreams come true. With the feeling that they know what to do. They say they are doing well. That they are happy and proud of their past, which gave them so many wonderful moments and achievements. They say that everything has an end, you have to be able to live with it, but they know how. It's better to let this end come in time. You don't hear it, but they say it to themselves. You don't hear it, but an inner voice answers them, grinning that, if you check with their feelings, it's amazing why these losers still don't rotted in the damp earth. They feel hate. Hatred for the circumstances that turned out so unfortunate. Hatred for your sick memory and memories that come in waves of burning sea water and trigger a closure in real time. Hatred of time that doesn't heal a damn thing. Self-hatred. For losing everything. They feel bitter. Such a bitter taste all along the throat, down to the stomach and out through the pores of the skin and through occasional drops from the eyes. This bitterness burns through their entire shell, dissolves the remnants of the collapsed invisible walls. They feel empty. They feel the emptiness better than anyone because it is inside them. Because she is around them. Because it is in the measured movement of the second hand on the black dial of the watch. Because it is in every cup of cooling tea. Because it lies in a closet next to a box with not too old, but now unnecessary things for them. Because she shares a bed with them at night. Because they have something to compare with. They feel all the colors of the sky. All its colors, all its layers, one above the other and up to infinity. They look at the sky for hours, because it is great and immense, because it is a huge canvas, in one corner of which it is now sunset, and in the other dawn, because black thunderclouds over a panting city carry a small part of the water of tropical rains from warm equatorial countries, because this huge yellow ball, up there, will blow up our useless planet in just a few billion years. Because now there is time to see what others will not see on the run. What if I told you that half of you have no idea what I'm talking about now? What if I tell you that I'm sorry? What if I tell you that I'm to blame? Will it all end? Will everything I feel disappear? Does a hole in your chest stop hurting? What I lost must be returned to me, can I fix everything? I see all the layers of the sky. My jaw tightens and I spit out this silence, I tear my throat with screams, I kick grass, I scratch the ground with my knees as the sky watches me.
