Moreover, even without knowing it, you inevitably do it. But a person is able to do it consciously!
Every moment in time is what it is the present, which defines your future!
The past is already over. Its always not anymore! What remains with you from the past is only what you are not ready to leave, what is dear to you, what you hold on to tightly, what you are attached to. It can be both positive and negative, pulling you forward or holding back your evolution... But each time it is you who can choose from all this what you want to take into your future!
Negative karma exists until a person can, consciously choosing only the Creator and leaving everything else, enter into the Life of the Creative Divine Power.
But preparing for it immersion will control your future.
After all, it is you who can choose how you want to live your life!
You choose it right now - by the way you think, act, in what emotions you live!
This is what builds your future!
The law of karma binds a person precisely because a person is not ready or does not want to be cleansed of the negative past and continues to project it into his future. A person is this “projector”: he himself projects his emotional states and patterns of actions, the states of energies inside the body and the “cocoon” into the future.
It is for liberation from negative karma that there is a mechanism of repentance. A person removes vices from himself - and they cease to be “projected” by events in his future: those events that would be needed for awareness and purification from specific vices ...
God is present in everything that exists, reviving, creating, developing the entire created world. Everything will change drastically in the life of one who learns to notice and feel the constant presence of God in his life.
It is love - as a quality of the soul - that allows this to happen. It is love for God, Who creates everything in the universe, that allows a person to build, create his future in interaction with Him - the Highest Creative Power!
Similarly, the entire community of people jointly determines its common future on Earth directly. Now. It depends on everyone. It is the sum of large and small, positive and negative contributions of many people.
And Those Who become Mahatmas are in the greatest responsibility for the Earth! Their contribution can be huge!…
… The past is open to those who can see in the flow of time.
The future is created by those who understand their past.
The future is not fixed. It changes where new causes create new effects. This is how a person creates his own future directly. Now!
Knowing your fetters - the vicious properties of the soul - know, man, and about the possibility of rising from darkness and shining into Light!
The flesh carries the bonds of the soul, but it also provides opportunities for growth.
You can humble and subjugate the desires of the flesh by abstinence, you can strengthen the strength of the spirit in the fight against your flaws!
Look: by abstaining from excess food, you subdue the desire to eat too much; by abstaining from idle chatter, you subdue the mind, forcing yourself to control and immediately extinguish your negative emotions- you acquire the ability to control your emotional sphere, cultivating love in yourself as a state of mind - you direct your path to Light!
The levers for controlling oneself, the state of oneself-soul, are located inside the multidimensional structure of the body. These are chakras. Having mastered the control of yourself through the knowledge of yourself inside your body, you can then leave this shell in order to wander in light, to know Light, co Light merge!
The human body is a unique and perfect work of the Creator! It is designed for 700 - 900 years of full life with the possibility of continuous development of oneself-soul. This is how many Atlanteans lived, and the successful disciples of God lived among the peoples who inhabited the central territory of Eurasia in the same era.
The health potential inherent in the structure of the human body allows you to restore, revive the work of its disturbed systems and organs. The full acceptance and application of this knowledge would revolutionize modern medicine! Moreover, the episodes of such healings, using the power of the human soul to restore the functions and health of the body, are well known to your contemporaries, but ... Savagery and barbarism, manifested in a misunderstanding of the purpose of human life on Earth, threatens humanity with troubles and catastrophes ...
After all, one of the purposes of natural and man-made cataclysms occurring on the planet is precisely to make people think about the value of human life, about the value of the life of the entire planet on which humanity lives ...
You, man, are part of what is called humanity. You can start changing the future of both yours and the future of the Earth!

Finding your guilt or mistakes in the past is always useful! Repentance is essential! But even more useful - a look into the future! Then - the overcoming of every obstacle will lift you out of the abyss of suffering, from the captivity of the causes and consequences of samsara. This positive attitude with a look to the future allows you to quickly and efficiently go through difficult sections of your destiny and not cast a shadow of new mistakes in your future.
And most importantly - feel the presence of God always, in everything, in yourself and in what is happening to you right now!

Introduction
What this book will and won't do for you.
This book is not for everyone - for the simple reason that not everyone is ready for the teachings that will be revealed in it. This book is a gift from the spiritual teachers of humanity to those who want to know the whole truth about the path to spiritual freedom. There are, of course, a number of religions and spiritual organizations that claim to have this truth, and it is already defined by their doctrines. However, in reality, such earthly organizations all too often restrict people's spiritual freedom to a set of rigid doctrines and strict rituals. This book is for those who are willing to consider the reason for the phenomenon, which is easy to see - why does religion often limit the spiritual freedom of people instead of giving them more freedom? The book will reveal the hidden forces that govern the religious life of this planet, forces that often distort the original purpose of religion. This purpose is to make human beings free to be – while they are on Earth – the spiritual beings they are designed to be.
When I say that not everyone is ready for this book, my statement by no means implies value judgment. I am not trying to imply that those who are ready are more sophisticated or spiritual than those who are not. We, the true spiritual teachers of humanity, have no reason to judge, and we do not give human evaluations. For the simple reason that we have risen above the state of duality in which any judgment is born, above the state that we will discuss in detail in subsequent chapters. In fact, because we are above duality, we do not have the need to play games and pretend, which is common among members of religious movements. Thus, I am not trying to appeal to the pride of those who use spirituality to satisfy their need to feel that they are better than others.
With my statement, I try to introduce a portion of practical realism. I know that not everyone is ready to accept this book, but I also know that everyone has the potential to become ready - if they are willing to make the necessary changes in themselves. And then we will come to a discussion of what is required of you to get the most out of this book.
The main dilemma facing all seekers of truth
If you look at humanity, it will be obvious to you that many people do not show any interest in the spiritual side of life. Some vigorously deny that there is any existence beyond the material universe. spiritual world, while others are indifferent, focusing all their attention on the material world, its pleasures or problems. Based on these observations, many reason that the spiritual teachers of humanity evaluate people based on their outward interest in spirituality. They probably think that God loves religious people—and especially members of their own religion—more than others. Such people may reason that this book is for those who are openly religious or spiritual. In reality, a spiritual master does not evaluate people based on outward appearances. Instead, we look beyond all such manifestations, consider the inner state of the entire human being. We are not interested in what people now believe or do not believe with the outer mind. The only thing that interests us is to what extent a person is ready to look at the framework of their current beliefs and belief systems. We are spiritual teachers, so our calling is to teach. But in order to teach people anything, they must be teachable. And to be teachable, a person must be willing to look beyond their current mental box. Why is it so?
One might think that all those people who see themselves as religious or spiritual should be open to a higher understanding of spiritual reality and thus be ready for learning. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. In order to be teachable, you must be open to the fact that there may be much more knowledge about the spiritual side of life than is defined by your current belief system and your mental box. As anyone willing to look honestly can easily see, those who already have a spiritual or religious belief system often close their minds to any knowledge that goes beyond the mental box defined by their belief system. For example, many religious people are afraid to consider ideas that contradict or go beyond the official doctrine of their religion. They think that it is dangerous to consider such ideas and that various misfortunes can happen to them if they open their minds to anything that exceeds the "safe" limits of their belief system, which they take to be the only true religion. Thus, it is a sad fact that religion often closes people's minds from a higher understanding of life, making them unattainable for true spiritual teachers who are always striving to raise humanity to a higher understanding.
Now we see the basic dilemma facing any seeker of truth. You already have some knowledge of the spiritual side of life, and you have probably gained it through one or more of the outer religions, gurus, or teachings. This knowledge forms a belief system, a mental box, and gives you a sense of security, even a sense of who you are. But if you have started reading this book, you must consider yourself a seeker of truth, and this means that you have questions on spiritual topics that you have not yet received an answer to. You must have an inner understanding that your search for truth has not been entirely successful. You feel that there is so much more to be known, and you yearn for a higher understanding. Thus, the main dilemma that determines whether you are capable of learning is a battle, a tug of war between two forces in your own soul:
There is a force that seeks to make you cling to what you already know. This force has an insatiable need for safety, for the feeling that it is already saved, and wants you to believe that if you follow external system, outward faith, your salvation is guaranteed. This force I call the ego, and I will describe it later in this book in more detail. For now, it is important to understand that those who follow the voice of the ego will read a spiritual book first and foremost in order to get confirmation of their current beliefs. Thus, when faced with statements that contradict or exceed their current beliefs, they will denounce the book as false, often using one statement as an excuse for why they reject the entire book. Such people are obviously not teachable, and this book is not written for them.
There is a power that is not connected with any knowledge expressed in the words and images of this world. This force is always seeking to inspire you to look beyond your current mental box and expand your understanding. This power is the voice of your Higher Self, your spiritual self, and it will also be described in detail. People who listen to this voice are always striving to expand their mental box, and some even understand that the ultimate goal of spiritual growth is to be free from any human box.
Now we see that your ability to learn determines the balance between these two forces. To what extent are you attached to your current beliefs and to what extent are you willing to look beyond your current mental box?
This may help you realize the fundamental reality that guides all human progress. What keeps people trapped in limitations and suffering? This is ignorance. Human society has made progress and transcended the cave state precisely because modern people have a greater understanding of all facets of life than people who lived in prehistoric times. So the key to your spiritual progress lies in the fact that you need to expand your understanding of the spiritual side of life - "with all you get understanding" (Proverbs 4:7). But how can you expand your understanding? Where can this higher understanding be found? It can only be found by looking beyond your existing beliefs, your current mental box.
If high understanding could be found within your current mental box, then you would already have that understanding and the answers to your questions. Thus, the basic fact of life remains: only those who are willing to look beyond their mental boxes will rise to a higher level of understanding. Being teachable means being willing to look beyond your current mental box - not randomly, but with discrimination, as will be explained later.
Which voice will you follow?
Of course, I cannot answer the question of whether you are capable of learning. Only you can answer it yourself. However, let me give you some guidance. The spiritual teachers of humanity say this: "When the student is ready, the teacher appears." The meaning of this phrase is that you cannot find a spiritual teaching or, having found it, realize its value until you are ready to take a step higher on the spiritual path. "Being ready" is really a matter of the inner state of your whole being. However, it is quite possible - and this usually happens - that people are ready to accept a higher teaching at the inner levels of their being, but their outer mind blocks the acceptance of the new teaching, forcing them to stick to what is familiar.
For example, if you have found this book and have read it up to this point, I can assure you that at the highest levels of your being you are ready to accept the teachings that will be given in it. However, it is possible that part of your outer mind, your ego, will resist reading this book or accepting these teachings. To overcome this resistance, it is necessary to recognize the voice of the ego, which will seek to block the acceptance of such ideas that can free you from its control. The voice of the ego can be very loud, trying to play on your fear, making you fear that certain ideas in this book are false and will lead you to hell. But the ego can also speak in a very gentle and persuasive voice, trying to make you believe that there is no need to ask any questions and expand your current mental box. The ego will try to convince you that you already know everything you need to know, or that the teachings in this book are below your current beliefs. The main message of the ego is that you can feel safe and comfortable in the current situation, which means that the ego has the ability to control you today.
Please note that I am by no means asking you to blindly accept the teachings I give in this book. What I really mean to say is that if you have found this book, then your higher being knows that it can give you the keys to your spiritual freedom. However, this freedom cannot be achieved by simply blindly believing what the book claims. Freedom can only be achieved by using the teachings in this book as a key to unlock the inner understanding that you already have in your higher being. In other words, the true key to spiritual growth is to bring your outer mind into alignment with your higher being, an idea I will explain in more detail later. For now, I just want you to realize that I am not asking you to believe me or my statements in this book. I ask you to carefully look beyond the outer mind and connect with your higher being. I ask you not to believe in the outer teachings in this book, nor in the outer teachings that your ego is attached to. I am asking you to go within and discover your inner ability to be aware of what is true, to be aware of what can lead you to a higher level of understanding.
The true key to getting the most out of this book is to use the process of self-exploration. As you read this book, test your reactions to the statements it contains. Be aware of the voice of the ego, which will always resist your growth. Remember also the quiet inner voice that always inspires you to look beyond your mental boxes and achieve the greater freedom that comes only from inner knowing. Inner knowledge does not automatically come from believing in an outer teaching. However, you can use an outer teaching to stimulate the process of receiving answers from within. We'll talk more about this later.
Outer Savior or Inner Path
Let us consider how the two forces described above have been manifested in the religious life of this planet. Many religions followed a certain pattern, and although I will say more about this later, I want you to know about it now. Most religions were founded the only person, which achieved a direct connection with the spiritual world. This person then became open door through which the spiritual teachers of mankind released a new spiritual teaching. The purpose of this teaching was to give people spiritual freedom, i.e. it was designed to help people establish their own inner connection with their higher selves and the spiritual world. The new teaching - in its original form - was a voice that called people to go beyond their mental boxes and open their minds to a higher understanding. The leader of the new religion was supposed to be a role model, not an exception. He was meant to show that each person can go within himself and reach a higher understanding.
But in almost all religions, the ego eventually took over and turned the founder into some kind of being who was so superior to other people that no one can follow in his footsteps. The ego's lust for security and assured salvation has turned the original teaching into a hardened doctrine that presents an outer church or outer savior as the only way to salvation. For example, when Jesus said, “I AM the way and the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father but through me” (John 14:6), he did not mean that the outward religion of Christianity is the only way to salvation. This is clearly seen in another statement in which Jesus said that the kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:21). If you compare these two statements, you will see that the only way to the Father, the only way to salvation, is to become one with Christ, with the Christ consciousness that Jesus embodied, and thus set an example for all who have eyes to see. The true meaning is that no one will come to the Father unless they become one with the Christ consciousness, allowing that mind that was also in Christ Jesus to be in them (Philippians 2:5).
I want to show you that being saved - or whatever you want to call the ultimate transcendence of human limitations - is not an external, mechanical process. It is not a matter of membership in a particular church, belief in its doctrines, and observance of its rituals. This is an internal, creative process that requires you to fundamentally change your consciousness in order to become spiritually reborn, as Jesus explained (John 3:3). As true spiritual teachers, we are tempted to see you rise above human conditions, but we know that this must happen within higher law this universe, namely the Law of Free Will. I cannot change your consciousness for you - only you can change your consciousness. You must do this consciously, understanding how to rise above the duality that leads to all suffering.
The key point is that in order to become a learner, a person must understand that the only way to spiritual freedom is in a change of consciousness. And only you can make that change. I can give you the keys to spiritual freedom, which I will do in this book. But the locks are located in your mind, so you must decide for yourself whether to insert these keys into the locks and open the doors that lead to freedom. I can't do it for you, and no one else can. Thus, you will not truly embark on the path to spiritual freedom until you acknowledge this fact and accept responsibility for changing what is or should become your personal area of responsibility, namely your mind. Only when you are ready to accept that you need to change your state of mind and accept responsibility for it will you be fully prepared to learn. And only when you are ready to learn will you get the most out of this book.
The purpose of this introduction is to tell you what this book will and won't do for you, and now you have a clearer picture. This book will give you the keys to spiritual freedom, but it will not give you spiritual freedom. You must use the keys of this book to open the locks in your mind that block your freedom. And neither a book nor a spiritual teacher (whether on Earth or in the spiritual world) can do this work for you. Thus, the inevitable fact remains—a fact that the ego will deny to the end—that it is you who is ultimately responsible for achieving spiritual freedom. No one can change your consciousness for you, because your consciousness is your responsibility.
Who am I?
Let me give you a clear idea of who I am. If you look at history, you will see that over the centuries and millennia, human beings have progressed in understanding themselves and the world they live in. You will even see a progressive development in nature towards more and more complex life forms. Therefore, it is possible for most people to come to the realization that planet Earth is a school in which human beings as individuals and humanity as a whole can progress to higher levels of understanding. But what is the end of this progress?
From time to time, a person appears on the world stage who seems to have progressed above the norm. The fact that many people are quick to label such people as insane or, conversely, exalt them to the status of an idol is just another example of people's unwillingness to take responsibility for their own life. The fact is that people like Buddha, Krishna or Jesus were not fundamentally different from you. They were simply more advanced in the learning process offered on Earth. In fact, they were demonstrating the last steps in the final exam, the steps that all people have the potential to take if they are willing to leave behind all human limitations.
After passing the final exam, which I will describe later in this book in more detail, you will forever rise to a higher high level learning. You will take your place in a realm that spiritual people call heaven, but we - to use the terminology of scientists - could also call a spectrum of higher vibrations, a higher dimension, even a parallel universe. After ascending into this realm, you have two alternatives. You can continue your growth in the Divine endless cycles of expanding awareness. Or you can choose to stay with the Earth, striving to help those of your spiritual sisters and brothers who have not yet passed the final exam - even those who believe that there is no final exam or that they cannot pass it on their own.
Many spiritual beings in the spirit world have made the decision to help people on Earth raise their level of consciousness and pass the final exam. We are known by various names, but I prefer to be called the "Ascended Host." This title indicates that we have ascended from a lower to a higher realm and thus are essentially no different from those who have not yet ascended. I am one of the members of the Ascended Host and is known to disciples in the East and West as Lord Maitreya. Today I can tell you that the Garden of Eden was a cosmic school, a Mystery School, in which I was the main teacher. I was what the Bible calls "God" but who was not God in higher sense, but was the representative of God, serving as the main teacher for a certain group of lifestreams. Thus, I have a deeply personal understanding of what caused the Fall of Man and how you can overcome the consequences of this event, an event that affects every person incarnate on Earth.
It has also been my great honor to serve as a teacher of the lifestream you know as Jesus. When Jesus spoke to his “Father,” he sometimes referred to me and sometimes to the Creator. Jesus did not come to be elevated to an idol, the only son of God. He came to demonstrate the teacher-student relationship in order to fulfill his rightful role and become a world teacher. Later I will explain how this goal was perverted when Jesus was made more of an exception than a role model, and I will show you how you can stop dancing around the golden calf and have no other teacher than the Living Christ (Exodus 20:3 ).
I hold several spiritual positions, and one of them is the position of "Great Initiator." In the earthly sense, you could call it the minister of education. My service is to oversee how the evolutions on earth are trained or initiated into the deeper mysteries of life. As a continuation of the work at my post, I offer this book. In our councils it was decided that the time had come to offer the evolutions of the Earth the full and undisguised truth about God, religion and their relationship with God.
