Download fairy tales about winter for the younger group. Winter fairy tales for children. Nikolay Sladkov. Judgment on December

I know, I know, my article with a selection of New Year's books comes out too late, all the gifts have already been picked up and presented. The thing is that I gathered my thoughts for a very long time and made up my mind about our winter book novelties for too long, and stretched it out until the new year. However, I still decided not to put off writing this article for a whole year, so as not to forget everything that was hatched in my head.

1. V. Odoevsky "Moroz Ivanovich" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

As a child, I had a fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm about Madame Blizzard, I remember, for me it was just some kind of magic, I loved it madly and re-read it so many times. What was my surprise that the fairy tale "Moroz Ivanovich" has a completely similar plot. The same lazy daughter, and the same hard-working one. Both of them in turn, descending into the well, fall into the service of the "winter steward" (Moroz Ivanovich or Lady Metelitsa). And each of them eventually receives an appropriate reward for their work: a needlewoman - a bucket with silver patches, and a sloth - an ingot of mercury. A fairy tale, although with an instructive plot, is not at all boring, but kind and magical. Tasya asks a lot of questions in the course of reading, and, of course, associates herself with a needlewoman, she does not want to be a sloth

2. D.Donaldson "Chelovetkin" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

Another creation of the Donaldson trio, the artist Sheffler and the translator Boroditskaya, which we greatly adore. As always, everything highest level Both pictures and text.

This book is about the fact that everything in nature is alive. And even an ordinary stick can have its own opinion, feelings, and even a family Wherever the protagonist of Chelovetkin's book went: the dog played with him, and the children threw him into the river, and the swan used to build his nest. And in the end, Chelovetkin generally found himself among the firewood in the New Year's fireplace. Being away from home, Chelovetkin dreamed of only one thing - to return to his cane family. So he would have died ingloriously if Santa Claus, who climbed through the fireplace, had not saved him (I replace it with Santa Claus, because my daughter is not yet familiar with a foreign grandfather). In other words, a very touching New Year's Eve story.

3. Y. Thais "Santa Claus" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

I didn't expect that we would like this book so much. Reviews about her were somewhat conflicting, so there was no certainty. But my daughter listened to the tale with her mouth open. The tale is very New Year's, very atmospheric. The plot is not hackneyed, and familiar characters are shown not only from the side we are used to. In addition to Santa Claus, the Snow Maiden and classic little animals, there is a new interesting character Yegor-despite. Painfully, Taisius is amused by his transverseness, he always does the opposite. And the Nightingale the Robber is the main violator of public peace here, he can’t come to terms with the fact that Santa Claus took the best Christmas tree in the forest.

The book is divided into chapters, and therefore, if desired, you can read it in parts. But we can’t do it, we read it in one sitting, it turns out for quite a long time.

I can't say that I really liked the pictures in the book. They are not bad, but I would like more of them or something, or larger, I don’t know. But I think that the illustrations should be viewed in a variety of ways, so that these will not be superfluous either.

4. V. Zotov "New Year's story" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

I am somewhat ambivalent about this book, and I cannot recommend it unequivocally. What did you like about the book? I liked the illustrations, they are colorful, bright, with interesting details that you can look at with pleasure. I liked the idea that Santa Claus quietly spying on all the guys, finds out who likes to do what, and thus easily guesses who needs to give what. I liked the style of the book, it is written in an accessible and easy to read way. But what I did not like categorically was the instructive-boring tone of the book.

In this "New Year's story", Santa Claus, watching the guys, chose for everyone the most suitable gifts that they had long dreamed of. But the boy Vitya, who behaved badly, did not obey and did not want to study, he not only left without a long-awaited gift, but also “brought his case” to public condemnation. And then he also gave a corrective gift, which should remind Vitya every day of how badly he behaved today. The moral of this book contradicts too much my model of raising my daughter. For I am convinced that misunderstandings with a child cannot be brought to general condemnation (even if it is a condemnation of grandparents), no matter how badly he behaves. I am also convinced that if you tell a child every day that he is a bully and a loser, then he will grow up to be a bully and a loser, and therefore the gift of Santa Claus in the form of a projector that reminds me of bad behavior every day is also incomprehensible to me.

My daughter really liked this book. Tormented by doubts, I nevertheless read this book to her a couple of times. However, then I decided to remove it from our library, because. for the most part, this book teaches how to judge people and divide them into good and bad.

5. Sven Nordqvist "Christmas at Petson's House" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

Sweet, kind New Year's Eve story. The plot of the book is quite simple - before Christmas, the protagonist of the book, Petson, injured his leg, and therefore could not go into the forest for a Christmas tree and shop for holiday treats. Petson was already resigned to the fact that his holiday was ruined, but then the neighbors, having learned about his trouble, began to come in turn, congratulating him on the holiday, and giving him various tasty gifts. Thus, a holiday that promised to be so dreary turned into a merry celebration of Christmas, which Petson had never had before.

So, the moral of the book is that we should not forget about our neighbors, who, perhaps, just now need our help, the slightest attention to their problem can play an invaluable role in solving it.

The book has very rich, colorful, well-drawn illustrations. There are many of them, so you can look at it for a long time.

6. P. Bazhov "Silver Hoof" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

There is probably no point in evaluating Bazhov's tale itself, because time has already done it for us. On his " Malachite box More than one generation has grown up. The fairy tale "Silver Hoof" is simply magical, it is about winter, about a miracle, about kindness and patience. Of course, for a modern child, something in the text will turn out to be incomprehensible, something will have to be explained, something will have to be paraphrased. But in general, the plot is understandable and interesting for a three-year-old child. It is from this tale, it seems to me, that it is best to start acquaintance with Bazhov's work.

Illustrations by Mikhail Bychkov, already familiar to us from the book “ Childhood» ( Ozone, labyrinth, My shop) , made the fairy tale even more magical and colorful, supplemented with interesting details about the time and place where the events of the fairy tale take place. The illustration on each page is a separate work of art - very picturesque, realistic paintings immerse you in the atmosphere of the Ural village. I liked how the artist clearly conveyed the characters of the book - the kind and wise old man Kokovanya, the amusing and curious Darenka, and the cat - such a funny and cunning, truly fairy-tale character.

As for the shortcomings of the book, I personally did not like the layout. Several spreads in the book have no text at all, which means that you must first read the text, and only then turn the page and look at the picture. In my opinion, this is very inconvenient for children's perception. However, I am ready to put up with it for the sake of such beauty.

I chose this particular edition of this fairy tale for us, but there is another very worthy one. edition illustrated by Marina Uspenskaya (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop), take a look, maybe you will like it more.

7. E. Serova "New Year's events" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

A small instructive (but not boring) New Year's Eve story. It will be very relevant for those who are already learning to read. The story that happened to a boy nicknamed the Whistler will clearly show what confusion a person who cannot read can do. After all, the boy, unable to read the addresses on the gifts entrusted to him by Santa Claus, distributed them at random. What came out of it, and the book will tell

8. "Great New Year's Gift" (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

I already wrote about this wonderful collection in detail earlier in. Well, a lot of fairy tales, stories and poems on winter and New Year's themes have been collected here. Moreover, the works are designed for a variety of ages. You can start reading a lot at the age of 2 (for example, Suteev’s “Yelka”, "Frost and Frost" Mikhalkov, "Merry New Year" by Alf Preisn and etc.). This year (when my daughter is 3 years old) we are happy to read "I will not ask for forgiveness" Prokofieva, Auster's New Year's Cake, « Morozko”, etc. Until now, something in the book has remained intact, so it will be interesting to read next year.

If the "Big New Year's Gift" does not suit you for the price or you do not like the quality, you can look at other New Year's collections with works Soviet writers, For example " Big New Year's book», « Fairy tales for the new year».

9. A. Usachev "Winter's Tale" (Ozone, labyrinth)

There are a lot of collections with New Year's poems on sale. Of course, we also tried a variety of collections, but this one became our favorite. My daughter learned a few poems with pleasure and, on her own initiative, recites them by heart. And in general, after this book, I became a fan of Usachev's work and immediately ordered several more of his creations.

You won't get bored reading this book. The poems are funny, humorous, Taisiya often smiles and laughs while reading. Olga Demidova's illustrations are also not boring. Yes, they are not classic, perhaps not everyone will like long-nosed and somewhat angular characters, but, in my opinion, the pictures perfectly complement the funny text, create a cheerful mood.

10. « (labyrinth, My shop)

A wonderful thin collection from the publishing house "Foma". Here are collected poems mainly by contemporary authors, whose names I personally have not yet known. But the poems made me very happy, they are touching and cozy, with humor and a really winter atmosphere.

The illustrations in this book are also amateurish. Taisiya and I liked them, but perhaps not everyone will like them.

11. Other collections of winter and New Year's poems

There are other good collections of poems by authors known to us since childhood. It is impossible to tell about everyone. Here are some examples: " What will happen in New Year ? (I have written about him before) It was in January», « Poems for the New Year for kindergarten».

12. Entertaining New Year's books for children with games and tasks

Here are the New Year's books with logical and creative tasks I chose this year for Taisiya (I already mentioned them earlier in an article about):

  • Visiting Santa Claus (Ozone, labyrinth, My shop)

The fairy tale about winter comes to us along with patterns of white blizzards, light blue hoarfrost, frosts and fun games. No doubt: winter is a wonderful time of the year!

Listen to a fairy tale (3 min 32 sec)

Fairy tale "Gifts of Winter"

Winter lived. Her snowy palace was far away - beyond the seven seas, seven oceans. Once a white cockerel, the one that lived on the roof of the palace, crowed loudly:

- It's time for you, Winter, to put on a crown of snow, and take up the reign.

Winter is happy. She took courage - poured all her stock of snow onto the fields, covered the mountains to the very peaks, spread snow carpets so that there was no black earth left anywhere. Colds, frosts let in, and rejoices.

The guys got sad, made noise at her:

— Oh, and suffered from you, Winter. Made the day very short, and the night long! What do we do in winter - nothing interesting, exciting happens!

Winter doesn't want to be bad. I want her to look good in front of the guys. She and let's praise herself and appease with gifts:

- I'm good, I was in a hurry to see you, I brought gifts.

- Which presents? the guys asked.

- A cheerful blizzard, a perky blizzard, a mischievous blizzard, - said Winter.

- And these are all gifts? the guys asked in disappointment.

- No! Winter said. - More warm coats, multi-colored mittens, patterned scarves. Satisfied?

"That's better," the guys said quietly.

- And also skis, sleds, skates, and winter fairy tales. And if you get up in a cheerful round dance, then I will invite the New Year.

- Hooray! the guys shouted. These are real gifts!

Thanks, Winter!

- You're good, stay with us!

The main meaning of the tale is that winter is also a great time of the year. In winter, there are many such entertainments - skiing, skating, sledding - which in the summer you can only dream of. Although the winter is harsh, it is still good.

If you want to occupy your child with something useful and interesting on one of the cold evenings, then you can come up with a fairy tale about winter with your son or daughter. This will surely be a memorable and fruitful pastime, because children love to fantasize, and even more so they like to do it with their parents.

Russian folk tales

about winter

Fairy tales are amazing, the action of which takes place in the winter. Main character many of these fairy tales - Santa Claus, and animals, and birds, and people who bravely fight the cold, defeating it. We invite you, dear readers, to wonderful world sparkling winter fairy tale.

two frosts

Two brothers met in the forest - Big Frost and Little Frost. They argued: which of them is the strongest. Big Frost and says to the little one: "I am the strongest! I covered the ground with snow, swept snowdrifts, put together barriers. And you, little brother, cannot freeze even a sparrow."

Two frosts. Little Frost (artist A. Vladimirskaya)

"No, I'm the strongest!" Little Frost says. "I built bridges on the rivers, sharpened nails, let the cold-cold into the huts. And you, elder brother, cannot overcome even one hare."

They argued and parted ways. He sees a big Frost: a hare sits under a bush. I thought about freezing it. It crackled, pounded on the trees. And the hare is well-known, he is oblique, small, in a white fur coat, in felt boots - he jumped out from under the bush and rushed up the mountain at a run, somersault down the mountain. Frost runs after him, barely keeps up, grows above the tree, burns and bites. But the hare doesn’t care - he jumps through the forest, runs, does not get tired, he is not cold on the run. Big Frost is a gray-haired grandfather, he is over a hundred years old, tired of running after a hare and got up. So he did not manage to overcome the hare.

Meanwhile, little Frost saw a sparrow. He came up and cold-cold lets in, walks around and the snow shakes. And a sparrow in a gray Armenian coat jumps around the yard and pecks at the crumbs. The frost grows great, it does not order to sit like a sparrow on a branch, it hoots and blows. Here the sparrow sits, flutters, sits again, flutters again, flew to the hut, huddled, hid under the eaves, and it was warm, sitting and chirping. Frost waited and waited at the hut, when the sparrow flew free, but he did not wait. Didn't freeze the sparrow.

Two brothers met - big Frost and little Frost, and they didn’t start a dispute about who of them is the strongest.

In the fairy tale "Two Frosts" - Frosts argue who is stronger. Telling this tale in the most severe cold, people seemed to assert that although Frosts are strong and endowed with magical powers, they cannot even defeat a sparrow with a hare, let alone a person.

“The hare is heard” - There is an opinion that the hare is sleeping, but it senses the danger. Hence they say: "The hare is heard."

Armyachishko; armyak - caftan made of thick cloth.

frost and hare

Frost and a hare met somehow in the forest. Frost boasted:

I am the strongest in the forest. I will defeat anyone, freeze them, turn them into an icicle.

Don't brag, Frost, you won't win! - says the hare.

No, I will win!

No, you won't win! - the hare stands on its own.

They argued, argued, and Frost decided to freeze the hare. And says:

Come on, hare, bet that I will defeat you.

Come on, - agreed the hare.

Here Frost began to freeze the hare. He let in a cold-cold, swirled with an icy wind. And the hare started running at full speed and jumping. It's not cold while running. And then he rides in the snow and says: The hare is warm, the hare is hot! The hare is warm, the hare is hot!

Frost began to get tired, thinking: "What a strong hare!" And he himself is even more fierce, he let in such a cold that the bark on the trees bursts, the stumps crack. And the hare doesn’t care about anything - either running up the mountain, then somersaulting down the mountain, then rushing through the meadow like a chamber.

Frost is completely exhausted, and the hare does not even think of freezing. Frost retreated from the hare:

Do you, oblique, freeze - dexterity and agility you hurt!

Frost gave the hare a white coat. Since then, all hares wear white fur coats in winter.

Ermilka and forest hog

In one village there lived a boy called Ermilka. He loved to tease and ridicule everyone, he was not afraid of anyone, and he got it from anyone who caught his eye.

Once Yermilka was lying on the stove and heard how, on New Year's Eve, the merry bells rang, the horns began to play. I went out into the yard and saw how the boys dressed up and gathered for game carols. They called and called all the boys to go play and carol. They called Ermilka with them.

Ermilka got ready and went with the mummers around the yards to praise and congratulate the owners. And then to the forest - to appease the forest Borov, so that the whole year there would be fat in the house and grain in the bins. The boys came in a crowd to the forest, scattered grain and sang:

And we loved Borov,
Grains were carried to the forest for him,
And we are white
With a feathery back!
For Borov to get up,
Have fun jumping!
Ay and oh! Kolyada.
Hog is high
Give me a piece of salo
From aspen heights,
With oak thickness.
Ay oh! Kolyada.

Take Yermilka and start teasing:

Hog carcass,
Show your ears
crochet tail,
Snout with a snout...

As soon as he finished teasing, suddenly a big black Borov jumped out of the forest, grabbed Yermilka on his back, on the bristles and dragged him away. The boys were frightened and ran to the village, told about everything.

People came to look for Ermilka, but he is nowhere to be found. They overlooked all the bushes, the tubercles passed, they searched in the field and behind the garden, but they did not find it.

And Borov dragged Ermilka into the forest and threw it into the snow. Ermilka looked around - there was no one in the dark forest. He climbed a tree and sees that the Frost brothers are standing in the clearing and ordering who should do what work. One Frost says:

I will stay by the river, I will build a golden bridge across the whole river. Yes, I’ll put together a barrier in the forest.

Another Frost says:

Where I will run - I will cover it with a white carpet. I’ll release the blizzard into the wild, let him, cheerful, walk in the field, twist and grumble and shake the snow.

Third Frost says:

And I look like in the village, I will paint the windows in the huts. I will knock and crack, I will let in the cold and the cold.

The Frost brothers are gone. Ermilka climbed down from the tree and followed in the footsteps of the third Frost. So he followed the tracks and reached his native village.

And in the village on New Year's Eve, people dress up for a walk, sing songs, lead a round dance at the gate. Frost is a joker right there - he doesn’t order to stand on the street, he pulls home by the nose. It knocks under the windows, asks for a hut. He painted the windows and cold climbs into the hut. He climbs into the hut, rolls on the floor, rings, lies under the bench and breathes cold.

We saw Ermilka in the village, were delighted, fed and asked about everything. We learned about Frost, a prankster and a joker.

And Frost chilled everyone's hands and feet, climbed into the sleeves with a cold-cold cold. The men came here, kindled a fire, and sent heat and heat on the whole village. The people warm themselves by the fire, they sing songs even louder, they lead a round dance even faster. And Frost from the fire is hot and parko; he got angry at the people that the cold and cold did not take them, ran away from the village into the forest, no longer misbehaved here. Since that time, they say, Ermilka did not tease anyone, did not tease even the forest Borov - he was afraid of him. And he lived well and cheerfully.

Noisily, cheerfully, the peasants celebrated the New Year's holiday, which lasted several days. These days, people dressed up in masks of a bear, a goat, a crane and played funny scenes, sang songs, wondered about fate and the future harvest, burned bonfires, played different games. There was also a custom to go around the house singing special congratulatory songs - carols. In carols, they wished the owners a rich harvest in the new year, health, a good offspring of livestock. And in Smolensk region, where the fairy tale "Yermilka and the Forest Borov" is recorded, was adopted in new year's eve go to the forest to appease the forest Borov (wild boar).

About capercaillie

The wood grouse got tired of spending the night in the snow in winter, and he decided to build a house. And he thinks: “There is no ax, there is no blacksmith - there is no one to make an ax. And you can't build a house without an ax." You see the mouse is running. Gluhar says:

Mouse, mouse, build me a house, I'll give you a grain of wheat.

The mouse collected straw under the snow and built a house for the capercaillie. The capercaillie climbed into the thatched house, sits rejoicing. Suddenly a strong wind blew, blew the straw across the snow. The capercaillie did not have a house. The capercaillie saw a sparrow and asks:

Sparrow, sparrow, build me a house, I'll give you a grain of wheat.

A sparrow flew into the forest, picked up brushwood and built a house. The capercaillie climbed into the brushwood house, sits rejoicing. Suddenly a blizzard broke out, snow fell. A brushwood house collapsed under a snow cap. Again, there is nowhere for the capercaillie to spend the night. He sees - the hare jumps. And asks:

Hare, hare, build me a house, I will give you a grain of wheat.

The hare kicked a bast from the birches and built a house. The capercaillie climbed into the lychan house, sits rejoicing. Suddenly a fox comes running, smelled prey and climbed into the lychan house, wants to grab a capercaillie. Capercaillie escaped and fluttered up a tree. Then - plop in the snow!

A capercaillie sits under the snow and thinks: “Why should I start a house? It is better to spend the night in the snow - and warm, and the beast will not find. And I’ll get up early in the morning, I’ll fly through the free world. Then I will sit on a birch tree, look into the open field, call the frosty winter, shout “shuldars-buldars”.

How Spring Overcame Winter

She lived in the same village Masha. She sat under the window with a birch spindle, spun a white flax and said: “When Spring comes, when the tall tree hits and the snow rolls down from the mountains, and water spills over the meadows, then I’ll bake waders and larks and with my girlfriends I’ll go to meet Spring, to visit the village call-call."

Masha is waiting for a warm, kind spring, but that one cannot be seen, not heard. Winter doesn’t go away, everything is forged by Frosts: she bored everyone, cold, icy, her hands and feet shivered, she let in a cold-chill. What to do here? Trouble!

Masha decided to go look for spring. Packed up and left. She came to the field, sat down on a hillock and called the Sun:

- Sunshine, Sunshine

red bucket,

Look over the mountain

Look out until springtime!

The sun came out from behind the mountain, Masha asked:

- Have you seen, Sunshine, the red Spring, have you met your sister?

Sun says:

- I did not meet Spring, but I saw the old Winter. I saw how fierce she was, she fled from the red one, she carried the cold in a bag, the cold shook the ground. She stumbled and rolled downhill. Yes, she has settled down in your area, she does not want to leave. And Spring doesn't know about that. Follow me, red maiden, when you see the whole green forest in front of you, look for Spring there. Invite her to your area.

Masha went to look for Spring. Where the Sun rolls across the blue sky, there she goes. She walked for a long time. Suddenly a green forest appeared before her. Masha walked and walked through the forest, completely lost. Forest mosquitoes bit her all over her shoulders, knots-hooks pushed through her sides, nightingale ears sang. As soon as Masha sat down on a stump to rest, she saw a white swan flying, silver wings below, gilded on top. It flies and spreads fluff and feathers on the ground for any potion. That swan was Spring. Spring releases silk grass across the meadows, spreads pearl dew, merges small streams into fast rivers. Here Masha Vesna began to call, call, tell:

- Oh, Spring-Spring, kind mother! You come to us in our lands, drive away the fierce Winter. Old Winter does not leave, everything is forged by Frosts, cold-cold lets in. Heard Vesna Mashin's voice. I took the golden keys and went to close the fierce winter.

But Winter does not go away, Frost forges and sends them ahead of Spring to put together barriers, to cover snowdrifts. And Spring flies, where it waves its silver wing - there it will sweep away the barrier, it will wave another - and the snowdrifts melt. Frosts are fleeing from Spring. Winter got angry, sends Snowstorm and Blizzard to whip Spring's eyes. And Spring waved its golden wing, and then the Sun peeked out, warmed. A blizzard with a blizzard from the heat and the light of water powder came out. Old Winter got exhausted, ran far, far behind the high mountains, hid in ice holes. There, Spring locked her with a key.

So Spring overcame Winter!

Masha returned to her native village. And there already the young Queen Spring visited, brought a warm, grain-growing year.

After a long, blizzard winter, with what impatience both adults and children were waiting for a warm red spring. In ancient times, when a person animated not only all living things around, but also the seasons, the custom arose at the end of winter to call, call spring. On this day, birds were baked from dough: waders, rooks, larks. Children put figurines of birds on poles, threw them up and sang songs-chants. They asked the birds to bring the keys - to close the winter and unlock the spring. At the same time, various fairy tales were told about how Spring overcame Winter.

Spindle - a device for hand spinning: a rod for winding yarn processed into thread.

Talitsa - thaw.

Zimovye

They thought up a bull, a ram, a pig, a cat and a rooster to live in the forest.

It's good in the summer in the forest, at ease! Plenty of grass for a bull and a ram, a cat catches mice, a rooster picks berries, pecks worms, a pig under the trees digs roots and acorns. Only bad things happen to friends if it rains.

So the summer passed, late autumn came, it began to get colder in the forest. The bull was the first to think of building a winter hut. I met a ram in the forest:

Come on, friend, build a winter hut! I will carry logs from the forest and hew poles, and you will tear wood chips.

Okay, - the ram answers, - I agree.

A bull and a ram met a pig:

Let's go, Khavronyushka, build a winter hut with us. We will carry logs, hew poles, tear wood chips, and you will knead clay, make bricks, lay the stove.

The pig agreed.

They saw a bull, a ram and a pig cat:

Hello, Kotofeich! Let's go build a winter hut together! We will carry logs, hew poles, tear wood chips, knead clay, make bricks, lay a stove, and you will carry moss, caulk walls.

The cat agreed.

A bull, a ram, a pig and a cat met a rooster in the forest:

Hello Petya! Come with us to build a winter hut! We will carry logs, hew poles, tear wood chips, knead clay, make bricks, lay a stove, carry moss, caulk the walls, and you will cover the roof.

The rooster agreed.

Friends chose a drier place in the forest, applied logs, hewed poles, pulled wood chips, made bricks, dragged moss - they began to cut down the hut.

The hut was cut down, the stove was laid down, the walls were caulked, the roof was covered. Prepared supplies and firewood for the winter.

A fierce winter has come, the frost has crackled. It is cold in the forest for some, but warm for friends in their winter hut. The bull and the ram are sleeping on the floor, the pig has climbed underground, the cat is singing songs on the stove, and the rooster has perched on the perch under the ceiling.

Friends live - do not grieve.

And seven hungry wolves wandered through the forest, they saw a new winter hut. Odin, the bravest wolf, says:

I'll go, brothers, and see who lives in this winter hut. If I don't come back soon, run to the rescue.

The wolf entered the winter hut and landed right on the ram.

The ram has nowhere to go. The ram hid in a corner, bleated in a terrible voice:

Be-e-e!.. Be-e-e!.. Be-e-e!

The rooster saw the wolf, flew off the perch, flapped its wings:

Ku-ka-re-ku-u!..

The cat jumped off the stove, snorted, meowed:

Meow!.. Meow!.. Meow!..

A bull ran in, wolf horns to the side:

Woo!.. Woo!.. Woo!..

And the pig heard that a fight was going on upstairs, crawled out of the underground and shouted:

Oink oink oink! Who is there to eat?

The wolf had a hard time, he barely escaped alive from trouble. Runs, shouts to his comrades:

Oh brothers, go away! Oh brothers, run!

The wolves heard and took to their heels.

They ran for an hour, they ran for two, they sat down to rest, their red tongues fell out.

And the old wolf caught his breath, he says to them:

I, my brothers, entered the winter hut, I see - staring at me, scary and shaggy. Upstairs clapped, downstairs snorted! A horned, butted man jumped out of the corner - horns in my side! And from below they shout: “Who is there to eat?” I did not see the light - and out ...

The stepmother had a stepdaughter and a daughter; dear, whatever she does, they pat her on the head for everything and say: "Good girl!" And the stepdaughter, no matter how she pleases, will please nothing, everything is wrong, everything is bad; but I must tell the truth, the girl was gold, in good hands she would bathe like cheese in butter, and at her stepmother every day she would wash herself with tears. What to do? The wind will make some noise, but it will calm down, and the old woman will disperse - she will not calm down soon, she will invent everything and scratch her teeth. And the stepmother came up with the stepdaughter to drive out of the yard:

Take her, take her, old man, wherever you want, so that my eyes do not see her, so that my ears do not hear about her; Yes, don’t take it to your relatives in a warm hut, but in an open field in the crackling frost!

The old man grumbled, wept; however, he put his daughter on a sled, he wanted to cover it with a horsecloth - and then he was afraid; he took the homeless woman to an open field, dumped her on a snowdrift, made the sign of the cross, and quickly went home himself, so that his eyes would not see his daughter's death.

She remained, poor thing, shaking and quietly doing a prayer. Frost comes, jumps, jumps, looks at the red girl:

Frost wanted to poke her and freeze her; but he fell in love with her clever speeches, it became a pity! He tossed her a coat. She dressed in a fur coat, folded her legs, and sits.

Frost's red nose came again, jumping and jumping, looking at the red girl:

Girl, girl, I'm Frost red nose!

Welcome. Freezing; know that God brought you for my sinful soul.

The frost came not at all to her liking, he brought the red girl a chest tall and heavy, full of every dowry. She sat down in a fur coat on a chest, so cheerful, so pretty! Frost's red nose came again, jumping and jumping, looking at the red girl. She greeted him, and he gave her a dress embroidered with both silver and gold. She put it on and became what a beauty, what a dresser! Sits and sings songs.

And her stepmother celebrates her wake; baked pancakes.

Go, husband, take your daughter to bury. The old man went. And the dog under the table:

Shut up, fool! Damn, say: the grooms will take the old woman's daughter, and they will bring the old man's only bones!

The dog ate a pancake and again:

Whoa, whoa! They take the old man's daughter in gold, in silver, but the grooms don't take the old woman!

The old woman gave pancakes and beat her, but the dog did everything her own:

The old man's daughter in gold, in silver is being taken, but the grooms will not take the old woman!

The gates creaked, the doors opened, they carried a tall, heavy chest, the stepdaughter was walking - panya panya shines! The stepmother looked - and hands apart!

Old man, old man, harness the other horses, take my daughter quickly! Plant in the same field, in the same place.

The old man took him to the same field, put him in the same place. Frost also came with a red nose, looked at his guest, jumped and jumped, and good speeches did not wait; got angry, grabbed her and killed her.

Old man, go, bring my daughter, harness dashing horses, but don’t knock down the sleigh, but don’t drop the chest! And the dog under the table:

Whoa, whoa! The grooms will take the old man's daughter, and they will carry the bones in the old woman's bag!

Do not lie! To the pie, say: they are taking the old woman in gold, in silver! The gates opened, the old woman ran out to meet her daughter, but instead she hugged a cold body. She cried, she screamed, but it's too late!
