How to pass the exam. How to pass the exam again What you need to know to pass the exam

Today, for admission to a university, it is required to submit a certificate of passing the exam in specialized subjects. Yesterday's schoolchildren use for this the results of the final tests, which remain in their hands after graduation. Meanwhile, often the desire to go to college arises among those people who graduated a long time ago. In this article, we will tell you how to pass the exam to a graduate of previous years who wants to get a higher education.

How to pass the exam if you have already graduated from school a long time ago?

An adult may be required to take the exam in such cases as:

  • he graduated from school earlier than 2004, that is, before the moment when the concept of a unified state exam was introduced;
  • the result of the exam passed by him is no longer valid - its validity period is exactly 4 years;
  • the result at hand does not satisfy him.

In all these cases, a person who graduated from school a long time ago can apply to the USE center and pass the test on the same conditions as current eleventh graders. You must bring the following set of documents with you:

  • written statement;
  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • information about the place of permanent or temporary registration;
  • certificate of secondary education.

In addition, persons with handicapped health, it is additionally necessary to submit a certificate from a medical institution indicating the diagnosis, the conclusion of a special commission on admission to the exam, as well as a certificate of disability, if any.

When submitting a complete set of documents, a graduate of previous years is issued a pass to pass the test, which indicates exactly where and at what time the exam will be held. On the appointed date, a man or woman must appear at the specified address with a passport and a pass and answer all questions asked.

How to successfully pass the exam to a non-school student?

If graduation bell rang many years ago, it can be very difficult for an adult to pass a unified state exam, because completely different requirements apply to modern schoolchildren. Meanwhile, in practice it is quite possible to implement, however, it is necessary to carefully

How to pass the exam if you don't know anything? A similar question is asked by many graduates who are worried about the upcoming exams, believing that they are completely unprepared for them. This article provides detailed recommendations that will allow you to prepare for the upcoming exam in an extremely short time and successfully pass it. In general, you need to remember that it is desirable to prepare gradually and in a timely manner. This will avoid panic on the eve of exams and prevent the possibility of getting a low score. But, even if there was no time for preparation at all, you can always cope at the last moment, given a number of tips.

Should know! Practice shows that most students believe that they know the subject worse than they really are. Assignments for the exam, of course, are difficult, but they are designed so that everyone can score at least a minimum passing score, of course, if he attended classes at school. That is why you should not worry in advance and tune in to failure.

What if you don't know anything? The first thing you need is to calm down. Each of the examinees somehow reached the eleventh grade, having passed more than one test, including the mandatory OGE at the end of the ninth grade. That is why to say that the student does not know anything is at least wrong. Of course, every graduate is worried about the option that will fall to him, because it can be quite difficult. But even if this happens, you still should not panic, but it is better to collect your thoughts and remember school course on the subject being offered.

What score can you expect if you don't know anything?

What score can you expect if you don't know anything? It's impossible to predict exactly. Still, it all depends on the available knowledge. It is important to understand that the exam in any of the subjects implies the presence of a test part, which theoretically you can try to guess. But keep in mind that it is far from always enough to tick or cross. Sometimes you need to fill in a missing word (for example, individual tasks of an exam in the Russian language) or a short answer (base and profile in mathematics).

At the same time, many tasks are simple, as they are designed for basic knowledge. By them, you can dial minimum score. Remember that a successful writing the exam in Russian (at least 36 test scores) and mathematics (according to the base, a grade of “3” or higher is required, and in the profile - from 27 test scores). This will allow you to get a high school diploma. If only one subject is passed, then the second can be retaken in the autumn session (retake). If both fail, then retake is possible only after a year.

Primary and test scores for all subjects (including elective subjects) are summarized in the table below.

You can pass the exam and more high score. However, if, nevertheless, the stock of knowledge is small, then you should not count on the maximum mark of 100 points. And don’t worry in advance: there are many different universities in the country, so it will be easy to find one where you can enter with the points you have scored (of course, if they are more than the minimum).

It is very important to consider how the brain works in stressful situations. Although, of course, one cannot do without a good knowledge base on the chosen subject. Practice shows that those who considered their knowledge insufficient to successfully pass the exam often wrote the exam better than the excellent students who could not cope with the stress during testing.

How to successfully pass the exam?

How to successfully pass the exam, if there is very little time before the exam. It is advisable to start preparing at least a couple of months before the “X” day. If there are at least two or three weeks, then such a situation cannot be called hopeless either.

Note! For each of the subjects, to obtain a minimum score, you need to know five basic tasks well. If you answer them correctly, you will get a passing score. The solution to the problem of poor preparation in this case would be to spend two or three days on each type of task. As a result, you will thoroughly understand basic tasks and you can even hone the skill of solving them to perfection. As a result, earning the minimum score will seem like an easy task.

  • do not be nervous;
  • try to set yourself up for success;
  • remember that you know something for sure, because after all you went to school;
  • try to solve everything that you have time;
  • try to write even tasks with detailed answers (an essay in Russian, an essay on history, etc.), because it is enough to write at least something in accordance with the topic and rules to earn 4-5 or even more points;
  • write down the answers, even if you are not sure about them.

Do not try to write off the exam in any subject. If this is noticed, the work will be cancelled. In this case, the graduate loses the opportunity to earn even the minimum score. The solution will only be a retake in the summer (optional subjects) or autumn (mandatory subjects) months.

Remember that you have already completed one final certification - the OGE in the ninth grade. Passing the exam is very similar. You are capable of handling this task. The main thing is to stop worrying and remember at least the basic things in the subject in which the exam is being taken.

In addition, we offer you to watch a video that tells how to successfully pass the exam and earn 100 points.

Which programming language to choose, what tasks to focus on and how to allocate time on the exam

Teaches computer science at Foxford.

Different universities require different entrance exams in IT areas. Somewhere you need to take physics, somewhere - computer science. It is up to you to decide which exam to prepare for, but it should be borne in mind that the competition for specialties where physics must be taken is usually lower than in specialties where the Unified State Examination in computer science is required, i.e. the probability of entering "through physics" is greater.

Why then take the exam in computer science?

  • It is faster and easier to prepare for it than for physics.
  • You will be able to choose from more specialties.
  • It will be easier for you to study in the chosen specialty.

What you need to know about the exam in computer science

The exam in computer science consists of two parts. In the first part there are 23 problems with a short answer, in the second - 4 problems with a detailed answer. There are 12 tasks in the first part of the exam basic level, 10 tasks advanced level and 1 task high level. In the second part - 1 task of an increased level and 3 - high.

Solving problems from the first part allows you to score 23 primary points - one point for the completed task. Solving problems of the second part adds 12 primary points(3, 2, 3 and 4 points for each task, respectively). Thus, the maximum primary points that can be obtained for solving all tasks is 35.

Primary scores are converted into test scores, which are the result of the exam. 35 primary points = 100 test points per exam. At the same time, more test points are awarded for solving problems from the second part of the exam than for answers to the problems of the first part. Each primary score obtained for the second part of the exam, will give you 3 or 4 test scores, for a total of about 40 final scores for the exam.

This means that at fulfillment of the exam in informatics should be given Special attention solving problems with a detailed answer: No. 24, 25, 26 and 27. Their successful completion will allow you to score more final points. But the price of a mistake during their implementation is higher - the loss of each primary score is fraught with the fact that you will not pass the competition, because 3-4 final scores for the Unified State Examination with high competition in IT specialties can become decisive.

How to prepare for solving problems from the first part

  • Pay special attention to tasks No. 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 18, 20, 23. It is these tasks, according to the analysis of the results of past years, that are especially difficult. Difficulties in solving these problems are experienced not only by those who have a low overall score for the Unified State Examination in computer science, but also by “good students” and “excellent students”.
  • Learn by heart the table of powers of the number 2.
  • Remember that Kbytes in tasks means kibibytes, not kilobytes. 1 kibibyte = 1024 bytes. This will help avoid calculation errors.
  • study carefully USE options previous years. The computer science exam is one of the most stable, which means that you can safely use the USE options for the last 3-4 years for preparation.
  • Get to know the different options for wording assignments. Remember that a slight change in the wording will always lead to worse exam results.
  • Read the problem statement carefully. Most of the errors in completing assignments are due to a misunderstanding of the condition.
  • Learn to independently check completed tasks and find errors in the answers.

What you need to know about problem solving with a detailed answer

24 task - to find the error

25 task requires a simple program

26 task - on game theory

27 task - it is necessary to program a complex program

Problem 27 is the main difficulty in the exam. It is only decided60-70% writing the exam in informatics. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that it is impossible to prepare for it in advance. Each year, a fundamentally new problem is presented for the exam. When solving problem No. 27, not a single semantic error should be made.

How to calculate exam time

Be guided by the data that are given in the specification of control measuring materials for conducting the exam in informatics. It indicates the approximate time allotted for completing the tasks of the first and second parts of the exam.

The exam in computer science lasts 235 minutes

Of these, 90 minutes are allotted for solving problems from the first part. On average, each task from the first part takes from 3 to 5 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to solve problem #23.

There are 145 minutes left to solve the tasks of the second part of the exam, while solving the last task No. 27 will take at least 55 minutes. These calculations were made by the specialists of the Federal Institute for Pedagogical Measurements and are based on the results of exams of previous years, so they should be taken seriously and used as a guide for the exam.

Programming languages - which one to choose

  1. BASIC. It is an outdated language, and although it is still taught in schools, there is no point in wasting time learning it.
  2. School algorithmic programming language. It is designed specifically for early learning to program, it is convenient for mastering initial algorithms, but it contains almost no depth, there is nowhere to develop in it.
  3. Pascal. It is still one of the most common programming languages for teaching in schools and universities, but its capabilities are also very limited. Pascal is quite suitable as the language for writing the exam.
  4. C++. Universal language, one of the fastest programming languages. It is difficult to learn from it, but in practical application its possibilities are very wide.
  5. Python. It is easy to learn at an elementary level, the only thing required is knowledge in English. However, at in-depth study Python provides the programmer with as many options as C++. Having started learning Python at school, you will continue to use it in the future, you will not have to relearn another language in order to reach new horizons in programming. To pass the exam, it is enough to know "Python" at a basic level.

Make time for rest

In the 11th grade, I was preparing for the Unified State Examination and the Physics and Technology Olympiad, so I led a reclusive lifestyle: I constantly sat at the computer or studied with a tutor. However, I “leaked” the Olympiad and realized that my strategy did not bear fruit.

Then I allocated time for rest and classes, in which I gave 200%. When time is limited, additional resources open up. I learned to control myself and, as a result, on the exam I got 92 points in mathematics, 98 in Russian and 100 in physics - higher than I expected.

Enjoy the process

Mathematics and physics bring great satisfaction - it's part of my life. I would like science to become my life, so that I would enjoy how well I understand complex disciplines.

Prepare to the last

There is an opinion that before death you will not inhale. I strongly disagree. Before you die, you still breathe, and you can add something significant to your preparation.

For example, before math, I decided to memorize formulas that would save time. I had no excitement, and I repeated them just before entering the audience.

Before the Russian language, I wrote an essay the day before and memorized some clichés. At the exam, I used phrases that I was confident in, which fit well both grammatically and in meaning.

go in for sports

I have an elliptical trainer at home, which gives an unpleasant load. It has shaped my “positive endurance”. I alternated my studies with sports, and it helped me to switch and relax. When you work out on the simulator, your head rests, when you study, your body rests.

Work on your gaps

My main difficulty was with composing: I was completely unable to determine the problem of the text, so after the New Year I started studying with a tutor from Foxford. To teach me to identify the problem of the text, the teacher showed me a special technique. It consisted in breaking the text into parts and working out each of them. Soon I learned how to write without problems.

Use visualization

In order for the information to be better deposited in my head, I tried to perceive it visually. For example, for tasks on stress, she wrote out words with colored felt-tip pens and hung the sheet in a conspicuous place - the refrigerator and above the desktop. So they caught my eye all the time, and in the end I remembered them.

A sheet on which Nastya highlighted the correct stresses in words

Also, a tutor from Foxford sent me presentations with visual rules for the Russian language.

Cards from the presentation from the tutor

Stop being afraid of the exam

There is no need to be afraid of the exam. After all, you can perfectly know all the material, but because of the excitement and fear of losing precious points.

To get used to the format of the exam and at the same time improve your knowledge, go to trial exams in schools. For example, we conducted "probes" throughout the year, and in May there were voluntary preliminary exams. We went to neighboring schools to feel the atmosphere of a real exam.

This turned out to be enough for me, but those who are afraid, let them additionally go to special centers, where all academic year organize trial exams. For example, one of them is in Moscow near the Kantemirovskaya metro station.

Explore Teacher Resources

At the Foxford course in mathematics, the teacher advised to study teaching materials for USE experts. I found the same recommendations for English teachers. They analyze the essays in detail and indicate why the points are reduced. On examples of specific works, I saw typical mistakes and important design principles. As a result, I passed the written part with the maximum score.

Analyze the cliches

I studied the FIPI website and saw that only 60% of the cliches must be used in the written part. The rest is at the discretion of the student. For example, teachers say that the letter should apologize for not writing for a long time and explain the reason. There is not a word about this in the criteria for teachers.

For myself, I created clichés similar in meaning. In order not to reflect on the content of the essay at the exam, I wrote a letter template: I worked out the beginning and the final fragment.

Listen to audiobooks

Once a week I listened to an audiobook and then read the same passage aloud. So I trained reading, memorized intonations and features of pronunciation of words.

Expand lexicon

Vocabulary is very important, because in task number 4 you may come across pictures with non-standard places, for example, a well or a sawmill.

Example of task number 4 from open bank FIPI

To increase your vocabulary, listen to TED Talks - short talks on topics ranging from bioengineering and artificial intelligence to psychology and architecture. Connect English subtitles, and then check yourself with a transcript in Russian.

Start preparing for the exam in advance

To prepare for the exam at a comfortable pace, start in September-October, and not when you see poor results trial USE. Do not think that there is plenty of time ahead. Sometimes I wanted not to go to a tutor, to relax, but I understood that I would repent when I got a low score. It motivated me: I got up, walked and did.

Solve tasks from the right collections

Buy collections and textbooks from reputable authors: USE experts and assignment writers. Classic scientific works and problem books are useful to read for general development, but to USE is better purchase modern publications, “sharpened” for the content and structure of the exam.

I studied according to the collections of assignments by M.Yu. Demidova. Marina Yuryevna Demidova leads the Federal Commission for the Development of the KIM Unified State Examination, and her collections are similar to real versions. I solved Demidova's manuals and on the exam I met several familiar problems, only with different numbers.

Contact your teacher

Concepts, formulas and schemes are easy to remember, but for the successful passing of the exam, it is important to master the methods of solving problems, to know the approaches to completing tasks. For this you need good teacher. For example, I studied with a tutor and watched Mikhail Penkin's online course at Foxford. During the course, I learned that it is necessary to solve physical problems at the Unified State Examination not by actions, but by general view, and only at the end substitute these values. We were not taught this in school.

Try to visualize what you are learning.

For example, my tutor explained to me that electricity can be imagined as follows: a potato is pushed into the pipe on one side, and on the other it falls out. It helped me a lot when solving tasks for the exam in physics.

USE. These three letters of graduates are terrifying. If you fail the exam, you won’t get a certificate, which means you won’t be able to enter. Therefore, preparing students for the most important school exam begins a few years before graduation. But every year, high school students step on the same rake: they get caught cheating, they study on the last night, or they wind themselves up to a nervous breakdown.

  • What is GIA, Unified State Examination, OGE: we understand school exams

What is the USE?
The knowledge of all 11-graders is tested on the Unified state exam. Based on its results, the level of preparation of each student is assessed in a scoring system.

At the exam, high school students receive an individual sealed envelope with a KIM (this is the name of the worksheet). Each KIM contains a unique code that the student transfers to the answer sheet. This must be done in order to determine the author of the work after verification.

In KIM, schoolchildren are offered to complete three blocks of tasks: A, B and C. Part A is a multiple-choice test. Of the four options, choose the correct one and mark it with a “cross”. Part B - tasks for which you need to give a short answer. For example, write out a word from a sentence or a number that is a solution to a problem. Part C requires a detailed answer. In the Unified State Examination in the Russian language, these are essays, and in mathematics, detailed solutions to problems, often supplemented by drawings. KIMs for individual subjects may have their own characteristics. For example, the USE in literature and mathematics does not contain test tasks. And in KIMs in foreign languages there is a section in which the student needs to listen to an audio recording of a text in a foreign language and answer questions about the content.

On average for the whole examination paper four hours are allotted.

In order not to lose the certificate, it is enough to score the minimum set number of points, that is, to correctly solve the third or fourth (it all depends on the subject) part of all tasks.

How to choose the right subjects for the exam?
You can take 14 subjects in the form of the Unified State Examination: Russian language, mathematics, foreign languages(English, German, French, Spanish), physics, chemistry, biology, geography, literature, history, social studies and computer science. Compulsory for graduates are two of them: Russian and mathematics. The rest - the student is free to choose himself. Usually, an 11-grader does not have enough points in two subjects to enter a university, so he takes additional ones.

In order to choose the right subjects for the exam, you need to designate the area with which the graduate wants to connect his further education and work. It would be better if the student decides on the university. Then it is enough for him to pass only those subjects that are needed for admission to a particular educational institution.

Sometimes students choose one or two subjects "for safety net". It is important that they are all related. No need to "interfere" technical disciplines with the humanities. So to play it safe with literature if the main exams - mathematics, physics and computer science - are a bad option.

How to prepare for the exam?
Anyone who is limited to school lessons will never pass the exam with 100 points. Self-learning with the involvement of all possible resources is important. Use books to prepare for the exam, publications standard options exams, tables and theoretical collections.

There is an open task bank. This is a special selection, on the basis of which real kims. solve tasks USE past years can also be found on the FIPI website. There, every year, they post demo versions of the exam, which reflect the structure of the exam.

Free courses to prepare for the exam are organized on YouTube and in public social networks VKontakte. Teachers and successful graduates of previous years conduct online classes for 11th graders with a discussion of the intricacies of the subject, with analysis and joint solution of complex problems.

Getting 100 points on the exam is not so difficult. I didn’t even hire a tutor, I had enough classes with a school teacher. And at home she prepared herself: “I got my hands on the tests.” Used and textbooks, and collections, and sites. I recommend the educational Internet resource “I will solve the exam,” Elena Ivashchenko shares her experience.

The girl received 100 points at the exam in physics and entered the budget at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology at the Faculty of General and Applied Physics.

If you can’t prepare for the exam on your own, you can find a tutor and agree with him about individual lessons or group lessons. Paid courses to prepare for the Unified State Examination are also organized in some universities.

I'm not so well disciplined to study on my own, so they hired a tutor for me. In the classroom, we wrote a huge number of essays and solved a lot of tests, - Anna Rybalkina, a hundred-point student, said.

A hundred in the Russian language helped the girl to take budget place VSU at the Faculty of Journalism.

In order to remember everything that you learn for a long time, psychologists advise repeating the material according to the scheme:

1) After reading the information, immediately try to reproduce it. Then repeat everything after 8-9 hours and after 24 hours.
2) Repeat the material 15-20 minutes before bedtime and in the morning, on a fresh head.
3) Reflect on mistakes every time and pay attention to more difficult places.
4) Don't memorize. Try to reproduce the material in your own words close to the text. You can watch if you can’t remember the material within two minutes.
5) To translate information into long-term memory, repeat after a day, two, and so on, gradually increasing the time intervals.

Day X has arrived. How not to fail the exam?
If you don't want to be kicked out of the exam, don't try to cheat. On the exam, you can only take a passport, a black pen, a ruler (if you pass mathematics), a chocolate bar and water. Do not take your phone with you. It definitely won't come in handy. Even if, by a lucky chance, the metal detector does not respond to your mobile, you still won’t be able to use it. Video surveillance is carried out in the classrooms, in addition, the organizers monitor discipline. In case of violation of the rules of conduct at the exam, the work is confiscated, and the student is sent home “with nothing”. Retake the exam will be allowed only after a year. You need to write cheat sheets. This contributes to a better assimilation of the material. Just don't take them with you. Notice - removed from the exam.

The reason for the low results on the exam may be excessive excitement. During exams, there is always psychological stress. Light emotional outbursts are even useful, they have a positive effect on performance and increase mental activity. But excessive psychological stress has the opposite effect. To calm down, psychologists advise 11th graders:

1) The evening before the exam should be devoted to preparing the body. Before going to bed, mentally imagine the exam: you entered in a good mood, carefully filled out the test, completed all the tasks, enjoyed the exam. Our subconscious has received the installation and will now work to ensure that you get your expected result, on the condition that you still prepare for the exam.
2) Do not watch KIMs right away. Focus on filling out forms. Try to calm down. Relaxed concentration is much more effective than tense or penetrating attention. Some schoolchildren are in such a stressful state that they cannot write their own last name. In such a situation, it will not be possible to successfully pass the exam.
3) Drink plain or mineral water. The fluid activates the brain.

Who checks the exam and gives points?
The test part is processed by the computer. It scans the work, recognizes the information, compares it with the original data. Tasks with detailed answers are checked by two experts. Independently of each other, they give points, enter the results into the protocol. If the scores of the two members of the commission matched, the result of the exam is final. If a discrepancy is established, then a third expert is appointed. Then the USE forms checked by experts are sent to federal center testing. There, all data is processed, summarized and entered into a single database. Only after that USE results transferred to educational institutions.

You can find out your scores at the school where the exam was held, or on the official USE portal. The deadline for the announcement of the results should not exceed 12 days after the exam. USE scores are valid for four years.

You have the right to appeal if you do not agree with the assessment of the experts. This must be done within two business days. It is important to remember that, based on the results of the appeal, the number of points can not only remain the same, but also decrease.

How to attract good luck? Advice from those who passed the exam and entered
Roman Kartashov, a student of the VSU Faculty of Law, slept with a chocolate bar before the exam.

Knowledge enters through the head and disappears through the feet. In order not to forget anything, I put a bar of chocolate at my feet. In the morning, all the knowledge that could disappear is in it. I ate a chocolate bar and immediately remembered everything, - says Roman.

I put on different socks for good luck and sewed a yellow button to my jacket. She looked at herself in the mirror and laughed. I don’t know if it helped me pass the exam, but the tension immediately disappeared, ”recalls a student at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Natalia Kravchenko.

This year, gold medalist Yana Dobrynina entered the budget at the Moscow aviation institute at the Faculty of Social Engineering. Before the exam, the girl advises everyone to pray.

It helped me and my classmates. We successfully passed the exam, - Yana sums up.

When preparing the material, the comments of the finalist of the regional competition "Teacher of the Year 2015", computer science teacher Zaur Dzantiev, teacher and tutor in mathematics Natalia Kurdyukova, English teacher Ekaterina Chatova, psychologist Natalia Derbeko were used.
