2. Determine that:
2.1. The OGE in all academic subjects starts at 10.00 local time;
2.2. The duration of the OGE in mathematics, Russian language, literature is 3 hours 55 minutes (235 minutes); in physics, social science, history, biology - 3 hours (180 minutes); in informatics and information and communication technologies (ICT) - 2 hours 30 minutes (150 minutes); in chemistry (with laboratory work) – 2 hours 20 minutes (140 minutes); in geography, chemistry, foreign languages (English, French, German, Spanish) (except for the "Speaking" section) - 2 hours (120 minutes); in foreign languages (English, French, German, Spanish) (section "Speaking") - 15 minutes;
2.3. At conducting the OGE the following teaching aids are used
and education: in Russian - spelling dictionaries; in mathematics - a ruler that does not contain background information(hereinafter - the ruler), reference materials containing the basic formulas of the mathematics course of the educational program of basic general education; in physics - a non-programmable calculator, laboratory equipment; in chemistry - a non-programmable calculator, laboratory equipment, periodic system chemical elements DI. Mendeleev, table of solubility of salts, acids and bases in water, electrochemical series of metal voltages; in biology - a ruler and a non-programmable calculator; in geography - a ruler, a non-programmable calculator and geographical atlases for grades 7-9; in literature - full texts of works of art, as well as collections of lyrics; in informatics and information and communication technologies (ICT) - computer technology; in foreign languages - technical means providing playback of audio recordings contained on electronic media, computer equipment, audio headset.
3. Recognize as invalid:

* Non-programmable calculator:
a) ensures the performance of arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, root extraction) and calculation trigonometric functions(sin, cos, tg, ctg, arcsin, arcos, arctg);

Early period of the OGE - what does it mean? This is an opportunity for students to pass the state exam ahead of schedule. 9th graders who do not have any academic debts and have received permission from the school pedagogical commission, as well as individuals who have unforeseen circumstances, the presence of which they can document (for example, , treatment, unexpected relocation, retaking the state exam after graduation, etc.).
Grounds for early examination
In 2020, students in grade 9 must take the OGE in 5 subjects: two compulsory, such as Russian and mathematics, and three of the student's choice.
Grounds for early delivery exams are as follows:
- The student has mastered the information curriculum and has no academic debts.
- The student successfully passed the mandatory final interview in the Russian language and received an admission in the form of a “pass” mark.
- The graduate received permission from pedagogical council schools for early exams.
Subject to the above conditions, the student may participate in the early delivery of the GIA without additional good reason.
Force majeure circumstances for postponing an exam to an earlier date include:
- conscription;
- unexpected change of residence or relocation associated with the continuation of education outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
- participation in international or Russian competitions, competitions, as well as olympiads, which are scheduled for the date of the main stage;
- deterioration in health and being in a medical or preventive medical institution during the certification period;
- retake the OGE the next year after a failed attempt.

Reserve days are scheduled for the period from May 6 to May 10 for those students who have the same scheduled dates for passing exams in subjects of their choice.
List of documents for the OGE
In order to be able to pass the OGE ahead of schedule, students need to apply in advance, before March 1, to apply for participation in the GIA. The list of documents for applying includes:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- SNILS;
- certificate of secondary education (for graduates of previous years who came to retake);
- a paper confirming the presence of unforeseen circumstances.
A student can write an application for participation with his own hand at his school (if he is 14 years old. Otherwise, his representative can do it).
You can also leave a statement on the website of the Mayor of Moscow or at the branch of the regional Clearinghouse. 
The results of the early delivery of the OGE can be found:
- at your school;
- on the official website of the mayor of Moscow;
- in the department of the RCOI, in which the student left the application.
The deadlines for passing the early OGE are scheduled from April 22 to April 29. Schoolchildren without “failures” who have received approval from the school, as well as graduates and students who, due to unforeseen circumstances, do not allow them to appear at the State Exam during the main stage of passing exams, can participate in the premature passing of the state exam.

Additional period (September terms)
At this stage, graduates of the current year are given the right to take the exam in mathematics basic level and the Russian language or the GVE in mathematics and the Russian language, if they received unsatisfactory results in these subjects, or received a second unsatisfactory result in one of these subjects in the reserve terms of the main period.
The OGE and GVE-9 in the additional period are taken by ninth graders who have received unsatisfactory results in more than two academic subjects, or who have not retaken one or two subjects in the reserve terms of the main period.
In 2020, an additional period for graduates of the 11th grade will be held from September 4 to 22, for graduates of the 9th grade - from September 4 to 18.
2. What is the difference between the USE, OGE and GVE?
The state final certification (GIA) is carried out in the form of the main state exam (OGE), the unified state exam (USE) and the state final exam (GVE).
GIA's OGE form (basic State exam) is conducted for ninth-graders in two compulsory subjects (Russian language and mathematics) and two optional subjects: physics, chemistry, computer science and information and communication technologies (ICT), biology, history, geography, English language, German, French, Spanish language, literature, social studies. OGE results, GVE-9 are evaluated on a five-point scale. Successful completion of the OGE gives the right to receive a certificate of basic general education and continue education at a school or secondary organization vocational education.

GIA in the form of GVE(state final exam) instead of the exam or the exam, participants with Persons with disabilities, children with disabilities, people with disabilities, as well as home-schooled students for health reasons, take the GIA under special conditions.
According to the conclusion of the medical organization and on the recommendation of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission, the exam can be organized at home or in a medical organization.

Who can take the OGE
The general education curriculum provides for 34 weeks of instruction per year and 27 to 38 hours of instruction weekly. The academic year starts at the beginning of September and runs until the beginning of June. School exams are usually scheduled in June. From grade 5, school subjects are taught by specialist teachers.
Primary secondary or lower education, the stage (grades 5-9) of the educational cycle is offered to most students in nine-year schools or general education schools offering a complete 11-year primary and secondary education. The usual starting age for middle school education is 11 or 12 years old up to 15-16 years old.
Pupils who have completed the lower cycle pass the final examinations (state final attestation), the successful completion of which leads to the award of a certificate of Basic Education (certificate of incomplete secondary education). The certificate makes it possible to study at school for another two years in order to obtain a certificate of complete secondary education or enter a technical school, college.

Rules for the OGE

For those who studied their native language and literature in the language of the peoples of the Russian Federation, there is an opportunity to take an exam in mother tongue and/or native literature.
For students with disabilities, students with disabilities and disabled children, the number of exams can be reduced to two: Russian language and mathematics.
Who is allowed to pass the OGE
Students who are eligible to take this type of test are:
- do not have annual grades below "3" in all disciplines of the general education program;
- having an annual grade of "2", if in this discipline they will take an exam during the OGE;
- citizens of other states or students who do not have official citizenship, migrants or refugees from disadvantaged areas where hostilities are taking place or natural disasters have occurred;
- students of previous years who for some reason did not receive a certificate of incomplete secondary education.
Features of the OGE in 2020
Since last year, 9th grade graduates have been taking the compulsory oral part exam in Russian. The oral exam will be the first test for schoolchildren and at the same time a kind of admission to the rest of the exams. They plan to take speaking in February (before the start of the preliminary and main campaign).
In 2020, the following innovations of 2017 and 2020 will definitely remain:
- speaking Russian;
- oral part at the OGE in foreign languages;
- single math tickets for everyone educational institutions and all regions of the Russian Federation;
