Conditions for admission to medical medical universities. To make a payment through the AIS Erip system

The profession of a doctor is one of the most respected and prestigious, and how could it be otherwise, if the health and longevity of almost every person depends on doctors.

If you are firmly convinced that treating people is your calling, and you are ready to overcome any obstacles on the way to your goal, if the pessimistic remarks of skeptics do not bother you, then choose an educational institution and start preparing for admission.

What exams do you need to pass to enter medical school?

Admission to medical universities in Russia takes place according to USE results. Universities establish biology and chemistry as core subjects for most medical specialties.

For some areas of training, instead of chemistry, physics or even profile mathematics, computer science and foreign language, for example, bioengineering, biotechnology or medical biophysics. These details must be clarified on the website of the university. But usually applicants for classical areas of training: medical and preventive medicine, dentistry, pediatrics and pharmacy - need high scores in three exams: biology, chemistry and Russian. In total, this is approximately 240 for a medical professional and 280 for general practitioners and dentists.

A special advantage in the competitive selection will be prizes and diplomas for participation in olympiads, various scientific conferences and competitions - universities add up to 10 points for all these achievements.

You can study at medical universities in Russia on a budget and for a fee. Prices can be found on the official websites of universities, but on average, those who have not scored enough points to go to the budget will have to pay from 80 to 400 thousand rubles for each course for their studies - the amounts depend on the direction of training and the prestige of the university. The most expensive is studying at medical, dental and pharmaceutical faculties, regardless of where the university is located - in the capital or in the regions.

What documents are needed for admission

If everything is in order with the USE scores, then for admission you will need a standard package of documents from an applicant of any Russian university. It includes:

  • statement;
  • questionnaire with personal data;
  • certificate of complete secondary education (diploma of secondary specialized education);
  • passport (original to be presented upon enrollment;
  • photographs 3x4 (2 pcs., signed in pencil on reverse side);
  • medical certificate of the established form 086-y;
  • documents for granting benefits, if any.

The results of the exam are stored in the federal database, to which the admission committees of universities have access, so no certificates are needed.

You can apply for admission in person or by mail. Some universities provide a preliminary electronic registration applicants who are going to send documents through postal operators, so carefully study the requirements of the university. Many medical institutes accept applications via the Internet; you must personally submit the originals only after enrolling in the first wave. All these details need to be clarified on the websites of universities in the sections "Applicant", "Applicants", "Admission campaign".

Where to study to be a doctor

You can get the profession of a doctor not only in specialized medical universities, but also in medical faculties of classical multidisciplinary universities, for example, Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, PFUR.

Choosing a medical university, you should be guided not only by the prestige of the university. Medical "towers" in Moscow and St. Petersburg are especially popular with applicants, respectively, the competition in them is much greater than, for example, in equally worthy Tomsk, Samara, Khabarovsk, Omsk, Kazan or Irkutsk universities. So it is worth taking into account the territorial factor - each region has its own medical university that trains therapists, surgeons, pediatricians, dentists, gynecologists, ophthalmologists, pharmacists - in general, doctors and specialists of all major profiles.

Traveling far away is worth it only if you want to get a rare medical specialty at the faculties:

  • biotechnology;
  • sports medicine;
  • clinical, medical or special psychology;
  • medical biophysics, biochemistry or cybernetics.

Such faculties are not available in all medical universities.

It will take longer to study than students of all other higher educational institutions - 6 years. This will give the right to work as district pediatricians or therapists in primary care medical care- in polyclinics, outpatient clinics, feldsher-obstetric stations. To get a narrow specialization, for example, a dermatovenereologist, a neurosurgeon, a gastroenterologist or an orthodontist, after a year of work, you will have to enter a residency. You have to unlearn from it for another 2 to 4 years - the period depends on the specialization.

The best medical universities in Russia

If you still have not changed your mind about becoming a doctor, it's time to choose an educational institution.

The leading medical universities in Russia today are:

  • Moscow Medical Universities: First Med. Sechenov; Russian national research university them. Pirogov (Second Honey); State Medical and Dental University. Evdokimov.
  • St. Petersburg Medical Universities: State Medical University named after I.P. Pavlova; State Medical Academy. Mechnikov.

Leading positions among other medical universities are consistently occupied by Kursk, Yaroslavl, Ufa and Ivanovo State Universities.

In the summer of 2018, Forbes compiled its ranking of universities for the first time, it included 13 medical universities at once. Each university was evaluated in terms of statistics on the employment of graduates, their demand in the regions and the number of entrepreneurs among them, including participants in the Forbes list.

The highest (32nd) position in the general list belongs to the Kursk Medical University, it overtook even the First Moscow State Medical University. Sechenov (who has 34th place), North-Western Medical University. Mechnikov (37th place) and Siberian State Medical University, which in 2017 received the honorary status of a "core" university. At the same time, RNIMU them. N. I. Pirogov was not included in the rating at all.

The largest Russian universities, which have a medical field along with many others, turned out to be higher than specialized ones in the ranking - for example, Moscow State University took 6th place, St. Petersburg State University - 17th, and RUDN University - 25th.

But still, the most important thing that those who decide to become a doctor need is not information about the positions of universities in the rankings and successfully passed the Unified State Examination, with the results of which you can enter a medical university on a budget, but the desire to devote your life to helping those who needs medical care, and often those whose lives hang in the balance. Therefore, it is important for future doctors to possess such traits as stress resistance, the ability to quickly respond to critical situations, and readiness for self-sacrifice. Being a doctor means saving people, giving hope and becoming a real guardian angel in the eyes of others!

Despite the deplorable situation in the budgetary part of healthcare in Russia, higher medical education (especially obtained in Moscow universities) enjoys stable popularity. , which offers applicants training in various specialties of higher medical education, contains six public universities.

Unattainable:

If you look at the average passing score of the Unified State Examination in 2011, you can understand that the most prestigious and practically inaccessible for most applicants (and Russia as a whole) is the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry. In order to become a student of the best dental university in Russia, applicants had to show an average of 84.3 points in the Unified State Examination. It is especially interesting that "Stomat" for the first time managed to overtake the oldest medical - First State Moscow medical University them. THEM. Sechenov.

Perhaps this situation has developed due to the relatively small number of budget places distributed on a competitive basis - 284 in "Stomat" against 990 in "First honey". But it is worth noting that both the competition and the passing score for the main specialties in First Med were still higher (see tables).

At the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, you can enter three "medical" faculties: dental, medical and clinical psychology. The situation for these faculties was as follows:

Faculty Budget training Paid training
Number of places Contest USE Number of places Contest USE
Dental (day department) 250 15,0 240 125 10,2 214 145 000
Dental (evening department) 100 11,0 198 30 12,3 153 145 000
Therapeutic (day department) 230 20,0 225 80 19,4 225 87 000
Therapeutic (evening department) 180 8,3 172 30 15,5 179 79 000
Clinical Psychology 25 50,4 169 15 25,8 217 75 000

At first glance, the competition for a contract form of education at this time may seem surprisingly high. But the fact is that almost all the places in this area were occupied by "targets".

Elder:

The name of this university speaks for itself: the first - and therefore the oldest, best and most famous. It is this Moscow university that is the cherished goal of most applicants from all over Russia who dream of getting a quality medical education. Being in 2011 in second place among Moscow medical institutes, "First Med" presented to its applicants, as usual, strict requirements: 83.3 points in the Unified State Examination. In this university in Moscow, you can get a higher medical education in six specialties: "General Medicine", "Dentistry", "Pediatrics", "Medical and Preventive Care", "Clinical Psychology" and "Pharmacy".

Competition and passing scores in the First State Moscow Medical University. THEM. Sechenov in 2011.

"Pharmacy" ( extramural) 75 2,21 152 25 3,60 71 000

Risen from the ashes:

The competition for the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine was quite high - 10.16 people per place. The faculty was recreated in 1992, thus replacing the “First Honey” that separated many years ago. At the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of Moscow State University, training is carried out in two areas: "General Medicine" (35 state-funded places) and "Pharmacy" (15 state-funded places). At the same time, becoming a doctor at Moscow State University is much more difficult than becoming a pharmacist. For admission to the "medical business", applicants needed to score at least 372 points out of 400 possible, while for pharmacy - "only" 336. Note that when entering the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of Moscow State University, the Unified State Examination in the Russian language, biology and chemistry is counted, however, applicants must take one entrance examination in chemistry (in writing). For those who passed the exam for a positive assessment, but did not pass the competition, there is an opportunity to get a higher medical education at Moscow State University for a record amount of 271,000 rubles a year.

Empowering:

"Second honey", as the people call RNIMU them. N.I. Pirogov, in terms of popularity was far from the second, but almost the last. The average score for admission to the USE is 74.8. Interestingly, the Russian National Research Medical University. N.I. Pirogov gives an opportunity to applicants who are not confident in their abilities to enter the budget and at the same time cannot pay for their education. The fact is that in 1998 the Moscow Government began to finance the training of personnel in the specialties "doctor-therapist" (100 places per day department and 50 in the evening) and "pediatrician" (100 places in the daytime department and 50 in the evening). A feature of this faculty is that after graduation, the graduate must work for 3 years in Moscow municipal clinics. Accordingly, the competition for the Moscow faculty is much lower than average.

Faculties, the number of budget places and the cost of education at the Russian National Research Medical University. N.I. Pirogov.

Deceptive:

The situation with admission to the medical faculty of a not very prestigious Russian University Friendship between nations. Training here is carried out in three areas: "General Medicine", "Dentistry" and "Pharmacy". At the same time, the passing score for state-funded places at RUDN University turned out to be higher than in many “significant” medical institutes in Moscow:

It is worth noting the incredibly low competition for the contract basis of the RUDN Faculty of Medicine. However, this can be attributed to the unbelievably high cost of education. On the other hand, only RUDN University gives a real chance to get a higher medical education in Moscow, if the results of the Unified State Examination are not encouraging at all.

If we talk about the popularity of specialties, then the TOP-3 consistently includes: "General Medicine", "Dentistry" and "Pediatrics". To get a medical education in Moscow in these areas, the applicant will have to show a really outstanding result. On the reverse side of the list: "Pharmacy", "Clinical Psychology" and "Medical and Preventive Business". However, it is impossible to single out any one “best” or “worst” specialty. It seems quite logical that in "First Med" the highest competition is in the direction of "General Medicine", and in "Stomat" - for the Faculty of Dentistry. So it’s not enough for an applicant to choose the right specialty, it is also necessary to evaluate their possibilities of entering a particular one.

Some educational establishments invent additional methods for selecting applicants, such as in Moscow, where, in addition to the above entrance exams, applicants are invited to pass psychological testing.

As already mentioned, the prestige of medical education in modern Russia raised to the highest level. For most of the graduates of domestic schools, gymnasiums, and lyceums, it is considered practically impossible to enter one of the medical universities in Moscow. The plane of secondary specialized education is characterized by comparative accessibility. According to the results of recruitment in 2013, the average USE score in most medical institutes was set at 200 or more points. You can become a student of one of the medical colleges after the 9th grade or with a complete secondary education with a minimum or average number of points (according to the results of the Unified State Exam, GIA).

Famous medical colleges in Moscow

The medical profession has always been in demand. Doctor, nurse, paramedic, laboratory assistant - these people save people's lives and health. But this article will be devoted to how to become a doctor. Even from the school bench, many subjects should be acquired on a solid "five". So what is required for this?

Mother tongue is useful everywhere

Absolutely any college and university will need to pass native language. You can only make an amendment in such a case, when, for example, a Belarusian or Ukrainian wants to enter Moscow, then he will have to take the Russian language.

Beginning with lower grades, you need to take your studies seriously, because in medical institute maximum return, a good memory and perseverance will be required. The native language is needed competent in any field of activity. Of course, one hundred percent literacy in life may not be required, but there should be respect for the language.

What can help in the assimilation of grammar, vocabulary, correct spelling of texts? Literature, namely the classics. Constant Reading good books can make it possible to remember not only the correct spelling of words, but also to teach punctuation marks. Answering the question: "What subjects to take for a doctor?" - it is better to ask others: "How can I prepare for exams in general?" Often, the realization that you want to become a doctor can come to a student in high school.

Literature is required everywhere

Even if a future graduate decides to enter a medical school literally a year before graduation, he will need an in-depth study of the necessary subjects. So that everything would not turn out in vain, there was a chance to enter universities of other profiles, it is better to study general subjects. Literature is a lifesaver for any student. This subject can help to score the missing points for admission, including medical school.

Preferably in free time reread the books of those authors who are most often found in the school curriculum. It is recommended to pay attention to the topics of essays from previous years.

Currently, schools take the exam, which has nothing to do with essays. Students only need to constantly practice during testing. And the essay refers to those who finished school a long time ago, but expressed a desire to go to college. What subjects need to be taken for a doctor, besides the Russian language and literature?

Chemistry - a medical student is nowhere without it

Those who began to hate chemistry from grades 7-8 should immediately forget about entering a medical school. But these guys do not need to despair. Medical colleges and schools accept everyone after grades 9 and 11, you only need to pass biology, chemistry is not needed (except for the specialty "pharmacist").

Why does a medical student need chemistry? This is one of the most important items. You need to know what happens in the human body, because living beings consist entirely of chemical compounds. The doctor looks at the results of the tests, he must know how the medicine that he plans to prescribe will act on the patient. Understand what doses are needed and how long to be treated. This is just one example, and there are countless of them. You can immediately answer the question: "What subjects do you need to take in order to go to the doctor?" Chemistry and more chemistry. From the very beginning of its study at school, one must take it seriously, listen carefully to the teacher.

Only those who really want to help people recover can become a good doctor. Chemical research is indispensable. Why do we need reaction equations and benzene rings? At first glance, the student will think that all this is not needed. It will actually come in handy in the future.

In biology, we study anatomy

What other items need to be taken to the doctor? Biology. But this science has several subsections: botany, anatomy, ecology, genetics. In medical schools and colleges there will be requirements specifically for anatomy, and questions on genetics often come across. A student in high school should be given Special attention studying the subject. Structure human body, skeleton, organs, physiology, processes in the body - all this needs to be known for a solid "five".

It is good to have an anatomical atlas. After all, every doctor must accurately determine the location of any organ. For example, how will a gastroenterologist determine which is the liver and which is the pancreas? Why are they needed and how to treat them? Being a doctor is very difficult, the responsibility is enormous.

Do you need physics?

Some, instead of biology, may assign physics for delivery or the exam at school. There are some specialties that require taking, in addition to the native language, biology and physics. Most often these are specialties related to biophysics. What subjects need to be taken for the EIT? For a doctor in Ukraine, they pass the same subjects as elsewhere: native language, chemistry (or physics) and biology. You need to clarify on the university website or at the full-time appearance at the admissions office.

Every year, an educational institution can change not only the program, but also the subjects themselves, as well as the competition and the number of people per place. So why, and how do doctors work with devices, for example, X-ray, MRI, computed tomography? Physics is definitely needed here. Work is not only with man and technology, but also with physical processes.

Do I need a tutor and preparatory courses?

If a student wants to enter a medical institute, even decides what kind of doctor he can be, then he needs to seriously study biology, chemistry (or physics), as well as his native language. But what to do if you are not lucky with a teacher who does not know how to explain, does not give a sufficient amount of knowledge? You have to study the subject yourself, but it is better to resort to the help of a tutor if the parents have financial means. Currently, you can find many free online tutors, including problem books. When a student knows what exams to take for a doctor, it already becomes easier for him. Because all attention will be paid to exactly the right items. If possible, he will fall into a class with a medical bias.

It is worth noting that the advantage when entering a medical school will be the end of a medical college. But not all universities take immediately to the 3rd year. You need to find out about this at the admissions office.

Choice of specialization

It is important for the future doctor to know what specialization he wants to choose. You don't just have to have the desire to become a doctor. Of course, clarity can appear only in the middle of studying at a medical institute, but it is desirable to have at least an idea so that later you do not regret that an uninteresting profession has been chosen.

A trauma surgeon and a pediatrician are two completely different doctors. One is absolutely not afraid of blood and carefully performs operations, the other loves children and knows everything about their health. When choosing a specialization, you do not have to worry about what subjects you need to take for a doctor. For the applicant, the exams are the same. Distribution will begin only after a few years of study.

How to become a doctor? Exam subjects are not the most important indicator. The answer to the question is different: one can become a doctor only with high-quality education, when the student is completely devoted to his studies, he really wants to save people in the future.

The medical professions are the most necessary and humane on earth. Some of them can be obtained not only at the university, but also at the college after completing 9 years of study at general education school. How to become a student of a secondary special educational organization, what specialties you can choose from - questions that arise for many applicants who want to enter medical school. college after 9th grade. They are to be dealt with.

Honey. college after grade 9: specialties, choice of future profession

If you have already decided to go to college, then first of all you should decide on a specialty. Applicants who have completed 9 classes in a general education school, secondary special educational organizations offer the following main areas of training:

  • "Sisterhood".
  • "Obstetrics".

"Sisterhood"

Many applicants for admission to medical. college after the 9th grade choose the direction of training "Nursing". During study in the first and second semesters, students study general education subjects that they would have studied in grades 10 and 11. In the second year, professional disciplines begin to be taught (anatomy, physiology, the basics of nursing). In the last courses, nursing is studied in specific areas of medicine (pediatrics, surgery).

Graduates of "Nursing" receive a qualification or a medical brother. After receiving a diploma, young specialists get jobs in polyclinics, hospitals, maternity hospitals, sanatoriums, schools, and private medical centers.

"Obstetrics"

A very noble, important and most beautiful medical profession is the midwife. Thanks to her, new lives are born. Speaking figuratively, we can say that the midwife has all of humanity in her hands. This profession can be obtained by choosing any honey. college after 9th grade. All educational institutions have a direction of training "Obstetrics".

In this specialty, in all universities, the educational process is built according to the lecture-seminar type. Several times during the period of study, students undergo practical training. It is held in antenatal clinics. Also, students visit ordinary hospitals, oncological dispensaries.

Other areas of training

Specialties related to nursing and obstetrics, are available in every medical secondary special educational institution. Some applicants are offered other areas of training, but this already depends on the university. Part educational organizations does not have a wide range of specialties, so this should be taken into account. What additional specialties can be offered? Here is the answer to this question:

Entrance tests and passing scores

A few years ago, it was quite difficult to enter any one. I had to take biology, Russian. Now the conditions for admission to educational institutions have changed. Entrance tests in general education subjects are not conducted (since there are no exams, the question of passing scores becomes irrelevant). The only condition that must be met before entering a medical college after the 9th grade is to pass a written psychological test. It allows you to find out whether applicants have the physical and psychological qualities that are simply necessary in medicine.

What features should be inherent in a person who wants to devote his life to medicine? Here are the main qualities:

  • affection;
  • tenderness;
  • mercy;
  • compassion;
  • politeness;
  • responsibility;
  • limitless patience.

Collection of necessary documents

When the specialty is chosen and all questions regarding admission are clarified, you should start collecting documents. For admission to medical college after grade 9 required:

  • photo cards measuring 3 by 4 cm;
  • an application addressed to the director indicating a specific specialty;
  • original or copy of the passport;
  • original or copy of the certificate;
  • certificate of mandatory medical examination.
