"I am a teacher" (essay).

School... Each of us has our own memories, impressions and associations associated with this word. Some excitedly, emotionally will talk about their school life, others will remain silent or simply leave the topic.

For me, school is more than just memories. School is my life, my work, and, if you like, my destiny!

No one expected that I would connect my life with the profession of a teacher, teacher. Among my numerous relatives, there is only one teacher, and that is me.

Frankly, when I was a student, I was always admired by my teachers, they were people who were completely different from everyone else in their way of thinking, in the way they dress, in relation to us children. I was lucky that on my way I met such masters of their craft as Shakirova Satura Gumerovna, Abdullina Raisa Grigoryevna, Ataullin Zhavdat Gainanovich, Karimova Lira Telmanovna. The lessons of these teachers were remembered not only by the presentation of the material, but also by the atmosphere that reigned in the classroom. There were thirty-six of us, but the silence in the lessons was such that from the outside one might think that the classroom was empty .... Everything that the teachers said was absorbed by every cell of our body. I didn’t want to leave the lessons, but we weren’t in a hurry ... we went to electives, circles ...

For the first time I thought about the profession of a teacher, when we, fourth-grade students, were introduced class teacher- Lira Telmanovna Karimova - tall, beautiful, fashionable, as I remember now, in a bright red suit. Everyone in the class literally fell in love with her: the girls tried to copy her manner of speaking, to behave proudly, the boys admired her beauty. Every word of Lira Telmanovna was accepted unconditionally. Everyone, without exception, began to attend a poetry circle, although the class was mathematical. And my literary "opuses" Lira Telmanovna sent to the republican competition, where I became the winner.

From that moment on, other professions, except for the profession of a teacher, simply did not exist for me. I went to this, which is called through thorns to the stars, it seemed that life is testing for strength, loyalty to the chosen path. After the ninth grade, I could not enter the Beloretsk pedagogical school..., but she easily passed all the tests at the Uchalinsky Musical School, after which she taught for a year at the Urazovsky Musical School. But the dream of becoming a teacher, specifically of the Russian language and literature, did not leave me.

And, lo and behold, having gone to enter the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical Institute, no longer hoping for anything, she entered. Five years of training flew by like one day! And now ... I am a teacher! I am a teacher, and this obliges a lot: modern teacher Russian language and literature is no longer enough just to have deep knowledge of the subject, he needs to develop it and use it creatively in his work.

At V. Belyakova has beautiful lines about the work of a teacher:

Leafing through famous volumes,

We have learned to speak beautifully

In the words of Pushkin, Makarenko, Dumas,

But this is not only our strength...

The strength, indeed, is not only in the ability to express yourself in red language, which is why I try to bring something interesting to each lesson, whether it’s a “little zest”, a kind of teacher’s know-how, or latest technique learning. Discovered the techniques of critical thinking technology. When I began to read about them, I realized that all this was done by us, teachers, for a long time, there were simply no such sonorous names. For example, cinquain is a type of work where each student can reveal his creative potential, his abilities. Children like to create their own, albeit small, but masterpieces. By the way, cinquain is an excellent way to repeat the studied material. For the first time I met this technique at the lessons of a colleague, Tugulbaeva Alsu Sagitovna, already ten years ago!

Well, the “reading with stops” technique, it seems to me that this is a well-known commented reading, with the only difference being that the goals that the teacher sets for himself in the first and second cases are different. I like to use "reading with stops" in literature lessons, this technique helps to develop independence in children, monologue and dialogic speech, and most importantly, to acquire knowledge on their own, as required by the Federal State Educational Standard.

I also love writing lesson plans! Honestly! It is similar to the construction of a high-rise building: everything is clearly calibrated in terms of time, stages: various techniques are invented, an interesting one is selected additional material, and all this for effective, fruitful work, so that the guys not only hear you, but also understand, and let through everything that you are trying to convey to them. After all, the mission of a teacher, in my opinion, is not only to give knowledge, to develop students, but also to educate young souls.

… And every hour and every minute

About someone's fate is eternal concern.

Give a piece of heart to someone -

Such, brother, we work with you ...

Agree, it is on us, teachers, on the quality of our lessons in many cases depends on what our pupils are and will be. What they read, how they act in certain situations….

It is we who are responsible for those who look at us every day, sitting at school desks. And the future of the school depends on us. After all, the school is alive as long as the teacher in it is interesting to the child, as long as the teacher in it will not crawl, but fly. Therefore, I would like to wish all teachers: spread your wings and soar over the fuss, troubles, problems, negligent students, let your pupils bring you only joy, and work only positive emotions, and then it will be possible to sincerely say: “School is my second home, and I am a teacher and I am proud of it!”

Explanatory note

(1 slide ) Methodical seminar.

"Application of technology for the development of critical thinking through reading and writing in the lessons of the Russian language of literature"

In the pedagogy of the 21st century, the personality of the student is at the center, the development of which is the goal of education. Modern pedagogical process is focused on an individual approach to each student, the teacher needs to develop his best qualities in the child, taking into account the characteristics of his personality, forming a positive “I-concept”, stimulating “learning with passion”, raising the level of his education.

Modern requirements for Russian language lessons are quite high. The following interrelated learning tasks should be implemented in the lessons:(Slide 2)

  • equipping students with knowledge of the basics of the science of language;
  • formation of skills of practical knowledge of the Russian language (spelling, punctuation, cultural and speech norms);
  • the ability to clearly and concisely express one's thoughts orally and writing in different life situations;
  • fostering a sense of responsibility in relation to the word, sensitivity to the beauty and expressiveness of Russian speech.

Practice shows that a too small percentage of school graduates really know the information culture, so I see the attractiveness of this technology in the ability to develop critical thinking in students through reading and writing, through the development of a culture of working with text.

It is extremely difficult to motivate a modern student for cognitive activity in the conditions of the vast information space of our time. In my opinion, this is due to the insufficient level of development of thinking and, above all, critical. And this is very important for a person in modern world, which enters the new century with a new image of cognitive culture, for which “reproducing man” is, in essence, an outdated and uninteresting concept. In addition to reproducing activity, there is another kind of activity, namely, combining or creative activity. What is meant by the term "critical thinking"?

(Slide 3) Critical thinking:

A natural way to interact with ideas and information;

A reasonable, balanced approach to making difficult decisions, how to act and what to believe;

A special type of activity that allows the student to make a sound judgment about the point of view or behavior proposed to him;

Starting point for development creative thinking.

These are Creative processing, analysis, interpretation, etc. learned information

Thus, the ability to think critically helps a person reduce the number of actions that would later be regretted, and therefore increases our chances of success. Critical thinking is independent thinking, which begins with the formulation of questions that need to be solved. We can say that critical thinking is the starting point for the development of creative thinking, moreover, both critical and creative thinking develop in synthesis, interdependently.

In the course of working within the framework of this model, students master various ways of integrating information, learn to develop their own opinion based on understanding the personal experience, ideas and ideas, build conclusions and logical chains of evidence, express your thoughts clearly, confidently and correctly in relation to others. Technology is a system of strategies that combine techniques academic work by type learning activities regardless of the specific subject content.

Brief description of the main ideas of technology.(Slide 4), (Slide 5).

The technology for the development of critical thinking through reading and writing (RKCHP) was developed at the end of the 20th century in the United States. Its authors, Steele, Meredith, Temple, Walter, are members of the Democratic Education Consortium. Since 1996 The technology is distributed jointly by the Open Society Institute, the International Reading Association and the Humane Pedagogy Consortium and has been tested in schools in many countries. In the Russian teaching practice technology has been used since 1997.

The creators of the technology modified the ideas of free education (A. Kovalchukov) and creative self-development of the individual (J.J. Rousseau, L.N. Tolstoy, J. Dewey, J. Piaget, M. Montessori), an activity approach to learning (A.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinshtein), the principles of student-centered education (E. Fromm, K. Rogers, E.N. Gusinsky, V.V. Serikov, E.V. Bondarevskaya), as well as the ideas of heuristic learning (A. V. Khutorskoy) and brought them to the level of technology. RKMCHP technology is universal, penetrating,"oversubject"a technology open to dialogue with other pedagogical approaches and technologies. This is, first of all, an approach that is not a way to decorate a lesson, to give children pleasure from using game techniques, group forms of work, and frequent changes in activities. This is a very clear structure, which is based on developing and educational goals.

(Slide 6) Novelty:

Development of the student's personality, preparation for independent productive activity in the conditions of modern society;

Development of creative thinking by reducing the share of reproductive activity;

Formation of an information culture, the ability to process information, use it in their practical activities.

Basic technology model

Technology for the development of critical thinking through reading and writing (RKCHP) is a complete system, which forms the skills of working with information in the process of reading and writing.

(Slide 7) In technology, there are 3 stages:challenge - comprehension - reflection.In almost any lesson, you can turn to the RKCHP and work with students of any age.

(Slide 8), (Slide 9)The first stage - call . Her presence at every lesson is mandatory. This stage allows:

  • to update and summarize the student's knowledge on a given topic or problem;
  • arouse a steady interest in the topic under study, motivate the student to learning activities;
  • formulate questions to which you would like to receive answers;
  • Encourage students to be active in class and at home.

At the call stage there is an actualization of existing knowledge on the announced topic, i.e. Even before getting acquainted with the text (the text is understood as a written text, and the speech of the teacher, and video material), the student begins to think about the specific material. At the first stage, motivation mechanisms are turned on, the goal is determined.

The second stage is comprehension . There are other tasks here. This stage allows the student to:

  • get new information, comprehend it;
  • relate to existing knowledge;
  • look for answers to the questions posed in the first part.

At the stage of comprehension, direct work with the text takes place. Reading the text is accompanied by the student's actions: marking using the icons "v", "+", "-", "?" (they are placed in the margins on the right as they read), drawing up tables, finding answers to the questions posed in the first part of the lesson, etc. As a result, students receive new information, correlate new and existing knowledge, and systematize the data obtained.

Thus, the student follows his own understanding on his own.

The third stage is reflection . Here the main one is:

  • holistic understanding, generalization of the information received;
  • appropriation of new knowledge, new information by the student;
  • the formation of each student's own attitude to the material being studied.

At the stage of reflection, information is generalized, the role of writing increases. The letter helps not only to understand the material and reflect on what has been read, but also to express new hypotheses.

RKMCHP technology uses different methods and techniques used both at a certain stage and as a strategy for teaching the lesson as a whole.

Some techniques that are effectively used by me in teaching the Russian language and literature.

(Slide 10) Reception "Confused logical chains"consists in building a chain of facts, sentences, words, dates, rules, quotations in a logical or chronological order.

The construction of a logical chain can be carried out jointly with the teacher, in groups / pairs in the lesson, can be offered as independent work or homework.

Topic: "Noun as a part of speech"

Part of speech - happens in a sentence - means - independent - subject - changes - predicate - what? - Who? -subject - answers - gender - case - number - has - short form.

Topic: "Biography of A. S. Pushkin"

Moscow - Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum - "Old man Derzhavin noticed us ..." - St. Petersburg - Mikhailovskoye village - Link to the south ... etc.

Reception “Composition of a cluster”

The meaning of the reception is an attempt to systematize the existing knowledge. It is related to the "Basket of Ideas" technique.

The rules for building a cluster are very simple. Draw the Model solar system: star, planets and their satellites. In the center is a star - this is our theme. Around it, the planets are large semantic units. We connect them with a straight line with a star. Each planet has its satellites, satellites have their own. The cluster system covers large quantity information. Clusters can be used at various stages of the lesson.

(Slide 11) Cluster "Two Worlds" based on the story "Chopin and Mendelssohn" by L. Petrushevskaya. Grade 11

Reception “I know - I want to know - I found out”(Slide 12)

Reception “I know - I want to know - I found out” is work with a table.

When studying a topic at the challenge stage, students can be asked to break into pairs, confer and fill in 1 column of the table (these may be some associations, specific historical information, assumptions). After discussing the results in the class, the students themselves formulate the objectives of the lesson: what do I want to know? To eliminate gaps in their own knowledge and fill in the 2nd column. After studying the topic, they correlate the information received with what they had at the beginning of the lesson.

Reception of ZHU at a literature lesson in grade 5 on the topic “G.Kh. Andersen’s Tale “The Snow Queen”

I know
(call)

I want to know
(call)

found out
(implementation of meaning or reflection)

Pair work: what do I know about the topic of the lesson?

Goal setting

The ratio of old and new information

Definition of "Fairy Tale"

Biography of the storyteller.

What is his story about?

What's happened " literary tale", character traits of all the heroes of the fairy tale "The Snow Queen"

Reception "Catch the mistake"

The teacher prepares a text containing erroneous information in advance and invites students to identify the mistakes made.

It is important that the task contains errors of 2 levels:

  • explicit, which are quite easily identified by students based on their personal experience and knowledge;
  • hidden, which can only be established by examining new material.

Students analyze the proposed text, try to identify errors, argue their conclusions. Then they study new material, after which they return to the text and correct those errors that could not be identified at the beginning of the lesson.

(Slide 13)

Russian language: Spelling/grammar errors: "wooden porch" (wooden).

Literature: “A.S. Pushkin greatest poet silver age Russian Literature" (Golden Age)

Strategy "IDEAL"(Slide 14)

AND - I wonder what the problem is? It is necessary to formulate the problem with the word How.

D Let's find as many solutions to this problem as possible.

E - Are there any good solutions? Good, effective solutions are selected from a variety of proposed solutions.

A - And now we will choose the only solution. The strongest solution to the problem is chosen.

L - Curious, but how it will look in practice? Work is planned to implement the chosen solution.

Use in Russian lessons POPS - formulas as one of the many techniques of the technology "Development of critical thinking through reading and writing" allows both to give a sample of the language and to activate the student's activity. POPS - I use the formula when teaching writing an essay, which I consider as a means of developing critical thinking. After all, an essay, like another kind creative work, requires an understanding of the topic, text, the ability to analyze and summarize the acquired information, to evaluate something or someone.

(Slide 15)

The plan of the linguistic essay "What is the role of introductory words?"

Introduction

How often do we use introductory words?

Thesis

Introductory words play a huge role in a person's life.

Arguments

1. They provide an opportunity to collect thoughts, 2. Make speech logical, consistent, 3. Show attitude to what they are talking about, 4. Transmit a source of information, 5. Help a person out in difficult situation, 6. Convey joy, chagrin

Conclusion

Introductory words help to more accurately understand what is written, to read the text with the right intonation. They help the writer to more accurately convey their thoughts and feelings, to make the statement more expressive.

Reception “Writing a syncwine”(Slide 16), (Slide 17).

cinquain - the easiest form of poems by algorithm.

In translation, “sinkwine” means a poem consisting of five lines, which is written according to certain rules.

On the first line, one word is written - a noun. This is the theme of cinquain.

On the second line, you need to write two adjectives that reveal the theme of syncwine.

On the third line, three verbs are written that describe actions related to the theme of syncwine.

On the fourth line is a phrase consisting of several words, with the help of which the student expresses his attitude to the topic.

The fifth line is a word - a summary that allows you to express your personal attitude to the topic, gives it a new interpretation.

Children of all ages enjoy composing syncwines. For example:(Slide 16)

Sinkwain based on the story of I.S. Turgenev "Mumu" Grade 5

Lady.

Capricious, petulant.

Complains, punishes, destroys.

Breaks the lives of his serfs.

Evil.

This is only a small part of the methodological techniques associated with the formation of critical thinking. Detailed information on this topic can be found on the Internet at the website of the international journal on critical thinking “Change”http://www.ct-net.net/ru/rwct_tcp_ru

(Slide 18) The technology of developing critical thinking through reading and writing makes it possible personal growth schoolchild, introduces the child to the spiritual experience of mankind, develops his mind, individuality. The technology is open to solving a wide range of problems in the educational field. It is a set of special techniques and strategies, the use of which allows you to build the educational process in such a way as to ensure the independent and conscious activity of students to achieve the set educational goals. RKCHP helps the teacher to replace passive listening and retelling with the active participation of students in the educational process, and thereby increase the effectiveness of classes.

Directions of the competition:

- "Pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical technologies for the development of children's giftedness"

Within the framework of this nomination, the concept of "gifted student" is considered in a broad sense: it is not only excellent marks in subjects (academic giftedness), but also personal passion for some area of knowledge (motivational giftedness), ability and inclination to some kind of activity. A gifted child is not always harmoniously developing. How to help such children by creating an environment conducive to their harmonious development? Every child is gifted. How to create an environment to unleash the potential of the child, instill confidence in their own abilities and generate passion?

A child with disabilities: children with disabilities, children with behavioral disabilities, children with developmental disorders of mental functions, children with speech therapy disorders those who have problems in the development of the emotional-volitional sphere, poorly performing children, etc. - a challenge and a reality for every educational organization. Teachers involved in the inclusive process sometimes turn out to be "unarmed" in the field of special knowledge. Mastering competencies in the field of psychological and pedagogical support for these categories of children is an urgent task of the modern education system. How to create conditions for the inclusion of a child with disabilities in the educational process of the school? How to work with parents? How to help him socialize in an environment of normatively developing peers and be professionally in demand? A child with disabilities is not a problem, but an opportunity for an educational organization to create a socially oriented atmosphere of assistance and mutual support, comfortable conditions for obtaining an affordable and high-quality education. The current generation of children is "different": "clip thinking", the desire to get "everything at once", making a minimum of effort; raised under "hyper-custody" modern parents, passive and non-initiative. We can resent and scold them for what they are. But they are only a "product" of our society with you - those values that we evoke them. How to help a modern teenager find a "core" in this life? How to create for him the basis for "great achievements" tomorrow? How to teach him to evaluate information flows and form his own judgment and attitude to the world? How to form in him love and respect for himself and the world?

"I am a teacher" - Teaching skills competition 2017

This competition was held in our kindergarten in January 2017. All educators who work there with me were allowed to participate in this competition.

The competition itself was very fun and interesting, and we learned a lot of useful and creatively unusual ideas from it.

At the first stage of the competition we attended each other's open classes, where the jury of the competition was also present, consisting of: the administration of our preschool educational institution (head and senior educator, fellow educators and invited parents - members of the kindergarten's parent committee.

Various regime moments were also shown - outdoor games and physical minutes.

At the second stage of the competition , which I also passed along with several other educators according to the number of points scored, we shared our teaching skills at master classes, where my colleagues and I showed and talked about our creative developments in a very interesting and exciting way.

At the end of the competition, watching video presentations , in which I also took part, because at the end of the first round I scored a large number of points, which allowed me to go to the final round. This presentation reflected my creative and pedagogical success in a very interesting form- as fairy tale. Both the jury and my colleagues really liked the presentation, and this is what prompted me to new creative discoveries. Wait for new photo and video reports about my successes!
